Welcome to Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset - your perfect vacation home! This stunning three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house is beautifully designed in a cozy chalet décor to provide a relaxing place to unwind and explore the beautiful Lake Chelan and its surroundings. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom, fully stocked with all the amenities you need to feel at home.

Attention wine lovers! Our bar is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your favorite drinks. You'll have many options, with 12 wine glasses, 12 martini glasses, beer glasses, shot glasses, and highball glasses. We also have an ice bucket, wine decanter, two martini shakers, cheese plates, and cheese spreaders. With over 40 wineries in the area, including the charming Vin du Lac winery footsteps away, you will surely find the perfect wine to complement your stay.

Calling all golf enthusiasts! With 3 bedrooms and a media room with a comfortable foldout couch, each golfer gets a bedroom and bathroom. The Lake Chelan area has some of the best golf courses, such as Gamble Sands, Bear Mountain, Desert Canyon, and the Chelan Municipal Course.

For all the video junkies out there, we've got you covered. Enjoy our Xbox 360 with over 12 games, a racing wheel with pedals, a flight simulator joystick, a gaming chair, and 400 DVDs. With high-speed internet, dual-band Wi-Fi, Roku Streambar, flat-screen TVs in every room, and more than a dozen board games, get ready for the ultimate entertainment! Don't miss the family-friendly Slidewaters water park, Lakeside Surf with the world’s largest stationary wave & High Trek Adventures ropes course just a short drive from the house.

If you want to explore the lake, our private waterfront & marina, with 70 slips for rent exclusively for guests and owners, is the perfect place to start. Shoreline Watercraft offers a variety of motorized and non-motorized rentals for you to enjoy! For adventure seekers, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area. In winter, the nearby Echo Valley Ski & Tubing area offers fun in the snow for all ages. Our house is the perfect "home base" for those looking to explore and experience the great outdoors year-round.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Don't hesitate to contact The Lookout with any questions or concerns.

Our family had a great time! Yada Yada feels like home and we loved the amenities. The only improvement that this house need is more privacy in the back patio, specially from the neighbor/house located across in the bottom.

Our family had a great time over Labor Day weekend. The house was well suited for all nine of us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The property's is within walking distance of the pool and access to the marina. We would love to rent the house again next year.

We had a truly wonderful weekend at The Lookout at Lake Chelan. The Yada Yada Yada house is beautiful, cozy, and well appointed. We had an incredibly comfortable, fun, and relaxing stay. We enjoyed walks on the property, by the lake, and even swam in the heated pool despite the cold fall temperatures. This was just the relaxing respite we needed for our family. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, immaculately clean, warm and inviting, and wonderfully equipped with everything we could have wanted. The owners of this home did a spectacular job making this feel like a real "home". We loved that we could moor our boat on-site, and enjoyed evening walks in the beautiful neighborhood.
