I'm Your Huckleberry.

Welcome to I'm Your Huckleberry, just the house you’re looking for! This two-story 4-bedroom home is only a few steps from the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, Lookout Park and trail to the lakefront beach and marina. The floor plan is ideal for multiple or large families to enjoy, featuring a large, vaulted ceiling great room on the upper level with two large sleeper couches, leather swivel chairs, 55”4K TV, dining table for 8 and fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 3 -- all with majestic mountain views. There is also a ½ bathroom off the living room. The expansive master suite is located on the upper floor, with a king bed, 42” HD TV, a desk for remote work, and large on en suite bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, dual sink vanity and walk-in closet.

The living room opens to the spacious covered deck, with ceiling fan, TV, raised fire-pit, and gas grill. Steps off the deck provide guests with easy access to the pool and park and is furnished with seating for both dining and relaxing. The front deck provides additional space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a good book or to star gaze at night while enjoying a glass of wine.

The bottom level hosts the second and third guest bedrooms divided by a full bathroom with shower. Bedroom #2, with western facing views, boasts a king bed, 42” HD TV, a desk for working, and a full closet (with games). Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, 42” HD TV, and full closet. Across the hall, you will enter the kids’ bunkroom through a sliding barn door. This room is ideal for up to six kids, and has a built-in extra-long twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle. The large sofa also converts to a queen bed. Kids will enjoy watching movies on the 55” 4K TV or playing their favorite games on the Xbox. A third full bath, with shower, is located across the hall and next to the laundry room equipped with a high-capacity washer and dryer.

The attached garage has been converted into a game room. With a foosball table, shuffleboard, and great seating space, anyone can kick back and enjoy this space. Additional outdoor patio space with seating and gas fire pit is located on the north side of the property and offers fabulous lake and mountain views, awesome for a night of roasting marshmallows and storytelling.

Small dogs are welcome, but they must be non-shedding, and crate trained.

Last family getaway before the oldest two leave the nest. This place was perfect for our wide age range. Mom and the younger kids enjoyed the pool; teens enjoyed hanging out and playing video games; adults enjoyed resting. Proximity to town and all it has to offer was perfect.

We had a girls getaway with 8 adults and this house was perfect! Very clean, organized, and ADORABLE! The house has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, throw blankets, games, etc! Close to town and really nice community hot tub. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back!
