Maison Des Amis

Maison des Amis (“House of Friends”) is a stunning 3-story, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom vacation home perched on the bluff overlooking Lake Chelan and its breathtaking landscape.  It is a short walk from the 70 slip marina and only a mile from downtown Chelan at ‘The Lookout,' and is the perfect place for a getaway with enough space to sleep 10 comfortably. Lookout Park is a 3-minute walk with a children’s climber, large open field, pickleball court, pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, community grill, and gas fire pit.
 
This charming house has comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace for those cool evenings enjoying the panoramic views of the lake. The main floor includes a cook’s dream kitchen with all the modern amenities you could ask for: stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, and much more!   The dining room table sits eight, with additional seating at the kitchen island bar.  The main floor living room overlooks the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains and comes with a gas fireplace. The access to the expansive deck is off the main floor living area boasting unobstructed views and a large outdoor dining and relaxing area. One floor up there are three bedrooms – one king-size master bedroom suite with access to a private deck with more amazing vistas and two queen bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a flat-screen TV and a bathroom, which includes double sink vanity, shower, and soaking tub. The remaining two queen bedrooms share a full bath, stocked with all of the luxuries of home, including beach towels for a summer dip in the lake or Lookout pool and hot tub. The lower floor or daylight basement has the kid’s room with two sets of bunk beds and a full bath.  The basement media room has a wall mounted 70" TV and Xbox gaming system for games, streaming media and more.  The basement also includes a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.  The best feature of the house is the 20’ x 20’ deck with a gas powered grill for BBQ’s, outdoor dining set for dinner parties and chairs for soaking in the sun or enjoying the sunsets.
 
The house has complimentary high-speed wireless Internet accommodating all of your devices. It also boasts an integrated indoor and outdoor SONOS sound system, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music whether you are inside the house or on the deck. The house also comes with two Xbox consoles, well-stocked library, board games and puzzles.

The Lookout Marina has rental options including jet skis, power boats, and boat moorage.

We love pets, but unfortunately, PETS are not allowed at Maison des Amis because the owners are allergic.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

My wife, 2 children (ages 12 &9), and I stayed for 5 days at Maison des Amis and had a wonderful time. The house was more than spacious enough for the 4 of us (we like to spread out when on vacation) and the amenities at the Lookout were great. I loved waking up each morning to the beautiful view of Lake Chelan, and finishing each day by the firepit making scores and recapping the day with the fam. The access to the lake was super easy from this location, just a few steps to the pickup point. We also liked the basketball court and pickle ball court area and used that several times.

We loved this house. The view is great. It's right by the shuttle stop down to the beach and only a short walk to the pool. Yet there is a lot of privacy and room to spread out.

From the minute we opened the door we felt right at home at Maison des Amies. It is beautiful, warm, cozy, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the lake and snowy mountains can't be beat. We loved our entire stay.

The home was ours for 5 days. It was perfect for 2 families with kids ranging 4 to 12. Comfortable with beautiful views and all the convenience of home. The pools were awesome, location was perfect, the waterfront area was also well maintained and we appreciated the carts we could catch to come back up

house is beautiful and has great views.
we would return to this rental, although it was not clear before we came that all the houses in Lookout Point are high on a bluff and require shuttle or walk to get to the beach/lake.

Stayed at this house in Chelan Lookout for 3 nights. We had a great weekend playing golf, playing tennis, visiting the nearby Vin Du Loc winery, and utilizing all the facilities at the Lookout, Views of Lake Chelan are stunning from this property. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our two families of four. The views on the deck were fantastic. Kitchen had everything we needed. Basement was great for our teenagers to have their own space. Loved ping pong table and darts in garage. Only reco to homeowner might be to get a pull-down shade for the deck to make more bearble on a sunny afternoon. It gets pretty hot out there.

This was our second year returning to the Lookout for a family getaway. We were really happy with Masison des Amis. The home is in a great location overlooking the lake and close to the beach and pool. It has a perfect floor plan for families with the lower level for kids/teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck off of the main living area is big enough to accommodate large family meals. We'll be back!

The house we stayed in, Maison des Amis, was perfect for us. We were 2 families traveling together, including 5 kids. The downstairs den and bunkbed room was perfect for the boys, while the girls shared one of the queen bedrooms. Having a play area like that was perfect - there were board games, video games, ping pong and more. We grilled and ate outside on the deck every night and relaxed over sweeping views of the lake. The house is also right on the path down to the lake, making it one of the most well located homes in the development. The pool, playground and common areas at the Lookout were ideal alternatives to time at the lake and the general location makes getting to downtown Chelan or the local wineries a breeze.

Maison des Amis provided a great experience for our extended family stay! There was plenty of room with living spaces inside, outside, in the sun, and out of the sun.... all with incredible views! We are a group of educators and do an annual girls trip - previously to Seabrook, but from here on out, Chelan. It was a beautiful drive, easy access to everything we needed, and the house was perfect.
