This is a quality built home. Everything worked perfectly, the furnishings were lovely (and comfortable) and thoughtfully arranged. We appreciated the employees on golf carts checking the neighborhood and the peaceful neighborhood.

It was our very first visit to Chelan and we had such an amazing time! The house and community are beautiful and had great amenities. Our trip was planned only 2 months in advance and we were very grateful to find something for only 2 nights in a city where things must book a year in advance. We plan to return next year and will stay for longer. The house was very clean and so adorably decorated. Walking distance to pools and shuttle was not too bad. Loved that the boat and jet ski rentals were right there which was so convenient. The beach and swimming area had plenty of seating and was very fun. It truly felt like home and we were so sad when it was time to leave.

Cute cottage comfortable for our family and extra kids. Very family friendly with great outside space. A bit dark inside and cluttered.
Some updates needed with closet and bathroom cabinets sticking. Blinds were broken in the living room. We were missing an iron, but management brought one.
We missed the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, but I guess they don't provide that anymore??
Overall a great experience with such a great resort property.

The four of us enjoyed staying here. We were pleased to find the pool water warm since it was very cold outside.

The house feels small with all the large furniture inside but it is nice and well decorated, clean and stocked. It is also a short walk to the playground so it was great for our family with 2 littles.

Our family really enjoyed this home. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, more than enough room to spread out. The home was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds, of course. We loved spending time by the fire pit in the evenings and relaxing on the wrap=around porch. Super convenient to both pools and the main park/playground area, which our kids really enjoyed. Highly recommend this great home!

Wonderful house. Exceptionally clean. A great community with abundant amenities. The Lookout at Chelan offers lots to do, especially for families with kids.

Overall, this is a great location. It has access to a small beach and a marina if you have a boat, although it requires a steep downhill walk or a shuttle ride to get there. You can also walk into town in about 20 minutes (or drive - there's plenty of parking). The place slept 8 fairly comfortably and came with nice amenities such as two cruiser bikes, a bbq and a sonos player. There are also two community pools, which are great for the end of the day. The dishwasher didn't work, and we had to call the staff a few times before we learned that it would not work for the duration of our 5-night stay. That was a bummer, but they did give us 10% off, which seemed fair. The nightly rates varied significantly with the weekend being 100% more expensive than some of the weeknights, but in aggregate the cost seemed reasonable for the quality. Overall I would recommend this as a good option for families headed to Chelan.
