Main Level: Sleeper sofa queen sleeps 2, powder room bathroom with sink and toilet.
Lower level: Primary Bedroom - Sleeps 2 in King bed, full en-suite bathroom with large shower – rain shower overhead option and shower bench.

Secondary Bedroom - Sleeps 3 in twin over queen bunk bed, bathroom with shower and toilet

Welcome to Casita Sol, the little sun house. Our home has been designed to bring you comfort and relaxation in a space that allows you to fully enjoy the many sunny days of Chelan.

Casita Sol was thoughtfully designed to capture the joy and tranquility of our favorite sunny places, Chelan, WA, and the coastal towns of Mexico. We hope our open, bright space and carefully chosen pieces bring daily sunshine into your visit.

There are two bedrooms downstairs each with their own bathrooms, closets, and Smart TVs.

The primary bedroom includes a spacious king bed with a cooling Tempur-Pedic mattress for ultimate comfort. Device charging connections are available on both sides of the bed.

Desk space is available for remote work options with a lake view.

The second bedroom includes a twin over-queen bunk bed suitable for full-sized adults and kiddos with comfortable cooling memory foam mattresses. Charging connections are available on both sides of the lower bed. In addition, there is an inflatable toddler bed, available upon request.

All bedrooms are outfitted with blackout shades for restful sleeping.

The main floor is open to the kitchen, dining, and living room designed to take advantage of the large windows and natural light.

Enjoy lake views from the living room and an optional space available for remote work options with a view.

The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy your stay. This includes large quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas burner stove, an oven, and a full-sized refrigerator with water and ice maker and a hot water tap on the sink. Multiple small appliances are stored for your use in the pantry.

The home has complimentary high-speed WIFI internet. All TVs are smart TVs, allowing you to access your various entertainment apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney +, etc)

The dining area has a large rectangular table for six, with additional countertop seating in the kitchen.

The living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa and a built-in fireplace. Remotes can be found in the jar on the coffee table.

There is a full washer/dryer located on the bedroom level for your convenience.

The outdoor patio features outdoor dining options and a gas grill and firepit, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

The back deck boasts bar and lounge seating to enjoy beautiful lake views and stunning sunsets. Overhead heating is also available for comfortable lounging.

We are located close walking distance from the vineyard pool, which features a year-round heated pool, and large hot tub, and a splash pad.

Additional property amenities include the hilltop pool and hot tub, Lookout Park which features a children’s play area, a large open field, a pickleball court, and an outdoor fireplace. Multiple green spaces and play areas can be found on the map and are open to guest use.

Casita Sol is dog-friendly for well-behaved non-furniture pets.
