Bathroom curtains need to be closed to stop viewing from neighbours - should be replaced with top down opening so some light can come in. On-site pools and beachfront were great. We loved this house so much that we extended our stay an extra night. The view of the lake is outstanding. The house is modern, spacious and comfortable. One of the best kitchens we've come across at a rental house in terms of appliances and cookware. Our only critique would be that when you're in the hot tub the cover blocks the view uplake where the sun sets.

We are from Kansas City and love the PNW. Recommend Slidewaters, Endless Orchard, Wineries in Manson. We will definitely be back.

Great views, overall stay was okay. Dishwasher was broken, looks to be an ongoing problem. TVs were not connected to the internet, so they were unusable. Propane tanks were empty on the deck, so we had to request them to be filled. Property needs some attention.

The dishwasher didn’t work during our stay and we were offered a discount but never got it, broken chairs in the deck that were actually a bit dangerous to have been left that way , and major issues getting WiFi to work or any streaming. I'm sure this was a once in a blue moon incident, however, we had to rebook our stay 2 different times - the first place we had booked got canceled last minute due to water damage then we rebooked a new house and that also got canceled due to water damage... Finally, 3rd times the charm we were able to lock in a 3rd reservation and stayed at the More Cowbell house. Although this house was great (clean, beautiful, great views) - it's disappointing that we received no discount or refund for our troubles of booking a place and the stress of having 2 previous reservations canceled last minute.

The views were spectacular, so much that we spent most of time just relaxing on the deck, and gazing at the lake and hilltops. Our dog enjoyed her perch view as well. We look forward to booking this home next year!

We had a good stay. The house is well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view for sure! The only thing that I didn’t like is the anti-Christian culture in the house. There were a variety of images and artifacts that were anti-Christian and even disrespectful to my religion. I didn’t feel comfortable having those things in the same house I was sleeping in. I believe these houses should be neutral in order to respect the guests religious beliefs. I would totally recommend this house if those anti-Christian artifacts were not there.

We stepped away from Seattle to celebrate a 60th birthday. This stay was really what the soul needed. The view by the water was absolutely stunning. And the house and amenities were perfect. Pet friendly house with everything you need. The decor inside was beautiful. And the house was stocked with appliances like an ice maker and an air fryer. The little things that made a huge difference. A treadmill, bikes, pool table, video games. And books for the book lover. I will be back with my family because this vacation home had us fall in love with Lake Chelan. The neighborhood was so safe and friendly. And so dog friendly. One of the best homes in the Lookout community for sure! Modern/updated appliances and decor throughout the home. Lots of additional amenities like board games, anything you'd need in the kitchen even foil, ziplocs, sticks for smores, etc., bikes, ping pong, lots of towels. The only thing we couldn't find were scissors so we used a knife. The location was perfectly by the pathway down to the lake and still close by to the hilltop pool (not heated). The community itself is very hilly, so expect a good workout but very doable. Everything was very clean, but we could not find the sink disposable and noticed ants on the countertop as the sink would not fully drain great. The deck is amazing and well worth the $$$, hot tub/bbq/dining all terrific, the fire table was great too but needed some practice getting the igniter to light. Overall though, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and will 100% recommend and be back again. Would have also loved to have the option of some sort of concierge to help make reservations or coordinate activities - maybe something management can incorporate? Thank you!

Only minor issue was the heating control. Not simple and the temperature at night outside was freezing. A more simple control would have helped. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return!

It is clear the owners have taken great care to make their rental guests feel welcome. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

The one downside of our stay were our next door neighbors. The second day we we were there 12-15 college aged people arrived and partied non-stop for two days and so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outdoor deck (music was was loud and they called out to us everytime we went outside) which was a bummer because it was a beautiful weekend. I’ll spare the details of all the things they were doing. It felt uncomfortable to call and report them because they would’ve known it was us, there were no other homes occupied near us. I did call after hours security at 11:15 on the last evening to report them but it didn’t seem like anything was done, I finally fell asleep sometime after 12:30am. No one checked in with us the next day about it. For such an expensive rental this was a let down.

We had a lovely time visiting Lake Chelan and the house far exceeded our expectations. The house is set in the perfect location (stunning views from everywhere in the house!), fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home, and spotless. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

We loved the house. It is warm and inviting and I loved the owner’s touches of their own personality. It made me wish I knew them because those touches definitely spoke to me. The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were comfy. We always enjoy the location and this is the third house we have tried there (5th or 6th visit). I do wish it had a few more normal coffee mugs. My boys weren’t keen to use the “fancy” ones for their cocoa. As with most lookout properties you will need to leash up your dog for potty breaks. I had a lovely 5:45 am walk in freshly falling snow one morning. Magical. :) Loved the house and am thankful we had the opportunity to stay.

We had such a nice time over Christmas. Did not leave the house much but it was perfect! Lots of relaxing, watching movies, napping and playing with Christmas gifts. Loved the hot tub! The house is fabulous! Beautiful views, completely stocked with everything you could ever need and so cozy! Highly recommend. Would love to come back in the summer. One issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived and the lady at the office said it was after hours so she would have someone reach out to us soon and nobody ever called. We arrived just before 4pm and the cleaners were still cleaning until almost 430pm. I guess, given the pandemic and the fact that they were cleaning it very well, I can&#x2019;t complain too much.

We had a wonderful time relaxing, cooking, playing games, going for walks, and just enjoying time together as a family. "More Cowbell" was the perfect home for our short winter getaway!

Great location, and wonderful house!! Check in was a bit confusing. Grill not fully functional and had to have hot tub serviced...staff responded quickly, which I appreciated. For such premium price, the issues shouldn't have occurred. The Look Out is a great location!! Love Lake Chelan. Always have a blast!! I fully expect TLO will refine things the longer they rental homes and get more experience.

We really enjoyed this home. The owners have done a very good job to make this lake view home an outstanding vacation getaway. The large deck with hot tub is a nice bonus to the amazing unobstructed view of the lake. A comfortable kitchen laid out perfect for prepping, cooking and serving for 8+ guests was another bonus. The spilt level design of this home really lends to a comfortable experience. Always More Cowbell for us!

Love the spaciousness of the house, the character it has, it's not too far from town, and the views are amazing (hot tub on the deck is cherry on top!). Staff are also friendly and communicated with us for an easy check in even though we arrived after the office was closed. This was my second time staying here and we look forward to coming here again next year.

This was our second year staying at the Outlook, we'll look elsewhere next year. Home was not clean and attention to detail was lacking. Staff were courteous when problems were reported, but we did not pay a premium rental rate to have to discover and resolve issues that should have been noticed and resolved by staff. That's their job, not ours. Also, if you're going to have rules about parking and noise curfew, they should be enforced.

What an amazing home and location. We took the boat and had easy access to the marina and it was a special surprise that we could call for transportation up and down the big hill at a moments notice. Very friendly staff and a wonderful vacation! We will be booking again! Recommend this to everyone.

It would have been very helpful to have had the decks, patios, garage, walkways, hot tub, cleared of the snow prior to arrival. At anytime during our stay.we arrived when it was dark, we have a child with a wheelchair, etc.. disappointing.
