I have family who lives in Chelan so the Lookout is always the place to stay. This is my 2nd time renting "Independence" Plenty of room for family and gatherings. The Lookout is friendly and inviting. I love staying there.

We enjoyed our stay and were glad that there was a main floor bedroom for the grandparents. The house is well equipped and was very clean. The house was conveniently located near Overlook amenities.

House and property were great. Will definitely come back. Only negative was screaming kids and housekeeping hovering 40 minutes before checkout. When people pay this kind of money don’t have housekeeping show up before checkout. Found that very rude.

The house was amazing. It was easily accessible to everything around town and had a lot of activities for my friends and I to enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place to stay with easy check in and quite clean. Dissappointed in there were not enough bath towels and swim towels. Quite a few short. We called and they sent them over.Toilet was plugged and maintenance could not fix it so husband did. Toilet paper roll holders needed repair also and screws to fix them needed to be ordered according to maintenance. Dust pan unavailable too and could not supply it. Overall many supplies and very clean place!

The house was uneven in the air conditioning--cold downstairs and hot upstairs but they did have ceiling fans. Every kind of dish available for use. Ice machine was great. House was super cute! Pool just a short walk away. Hilltop just a short walk away.

Nice new house that is very well equipped. The two issues we had (internet not working and BBQ not working) were quickly resolved by the property management. I definitely would come back.

At first glance in person the house doesn’t look that big but once inside it feels spacious and accommodating. It doesn’t have a garage though. It’s brand new so it’s very clean. The bedding is sooo comfortable and CLEAN! The owner did a great job! The style of decor is very up to date and tasteful. Every room has a TV with the latest and the greatest shows (I caught up on some shows!). Even kids’ room has one with kids’ shows ready to go. The kitchen was accommodating to our needs (even had a slow cooker! Keurig but no regular coffee maker) except one tiny thing. We were provided only 4 dishwasher pods (!) and when I called the front office they said we have to buy our own. So, we had to run to the store late in the evening so the dirty dishes don’t sit there all night. Maybe add that to “what to bring” in the description for the house or the owner could just provide extras. After praying over 5K for one week of rent I shouldn’t be bringing my own dishwasher soap. LOL! Otherwise the house was super! There is a brand new pool right next to the house but it was still closed while we were there. But it’s nice that the house isn’t that far from it. Shuttle no longer picks you up from the house so it’s a bit of a hike from this house to drag all the stuff with you to the “shuttle stop” if you want to go to the lake. See map.

We stayed here with our teen son and dog for three super comfortable nights. It was a beautiful appointed and well-stocked house and the Lookout provided many great amenities. The house was so wonderful and the hosts thought of everything which and made our stay the best.
