We have come to Chelan for thanksgiving for 5 years now. Such a great experience. The house was perfect. Great location. Easy parking.

Ideal location between downtown Chelan and Manson with a great layout for multiple adults traveling together. Spacious living room, plent of dining space inside and out, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a primary bedroom as well as 2 mini bedroom onsuites upstairs gave all of the adults plenty of spave and separation when needed. The kids bunkbed room was used for some TV watching since the one other TV in the living room had some weird Samsung TV app without live TV. The few maintenance issues were taken care of same day. Only critique is the fickleness of the keyless entry locks. The front and back door worked differently as to how to initiate locking / unlocking. Only once were we able to get the backdoor to unlock.

Great little house with all the amenities you’d need for a fun few days away. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were key to our group being comfortable. We also loved the different seating options of the wrap around deck and hanging out in the hot tub or walking around the neighborhood. Fabulous location and very comfortable home.

Location was incredible and we very much enjoyed all of the outdoor seating. Home had everything that we needed (except coffee?) and the kids loved the bunk room with secret nook. We only had a few issues. The first is that there was a horrible smell in the laundry room. Perhaps the air gap from the utility sink? Either way, it stunk even after we tried to flush it. The other issue was that the bunk room was very warm, and every time we tried to use the AC unit, it blew a fuse and the breaker shut down. This was extremely frustrating as the refrigerator was on the same circuit, so when it happened at night, we woke up to everything melted in the freezer and warm food. The master bed was a little hard for our old bones, so perhaps something additional can be added to the mattress? Overall, we all had a blast and look forward to visiting again.

The weather was great. Both our kids and their families had a great time. We've been vacationing in Chelan for the last 6 years.

Our experience was fantastic at this home! The kitchen was stocked w everything we needed. The house was in a prime location across the street from the park and pool. Every bed in the home is King- sized too! (Except the bunk room which is super cool for kids!) Very cozy home w lots of room for a group or family. We would definitely stay here again!

All in all, a delightful stay in a very pleasant well appointed home. Love the location and it's amenities, as did my 13 and 10 yearly grand children. Would love to visit The Lookout, Maison no. 23 again!

Nice location. Great house. Comfortable. Nice to break away from pace of life with beautiful surroundings. House was clean and organized and bathrooms well stocked. Had grill issues. Prop mgmt very responsive. I suggest either replacing burners or get a new grill. I also suggest pots and pans be allowed to be put in dishwasher. I found one in cupboard that had a greasy film. Of course, this just made me want to wash everything before I used it. Cost of rental is expensive (2k). As such, I suggest things like foil, plastic wrap be provided (at least enough to begin stay). Staff should inventory the provided basics cooking spices to ensure the containers aren’t empty. Throw out anything way beyond pull date ( like apple cider vinegar). We just adjusted easy enough. Just wasn’t expecting the minor issues with the cost of the rental.

Excellent home with comfortable beds, many bathrooms, enough appliances/utensils in the kitchen to make your own meals, and very close access to all the wonderful attractions around the property. We enjoyed many hours in the pool, playing bocce and swinging on the swings. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

We stayed with our kids and my brother in law's family. We all had a great time. The Maison Rouge was comfortable and very clean. It is also located right across from the pool, public hot tub, pickle ball court, 2 fire pits, kids play set, and grass activity area. The area as a whole had lots of activities for our family. We had a blast!

All all spread out so you felt like you had all the privacy you needed. The highlight was the Happy Hour and appetizers on Saturday! Which was kid friendly so the whole family could enjoy this activity!

We felt like we were staying a high-end resort. So many family activities: swimming in pools, pickle ball, bocce ball, badmitten, play group area with slides and protected beach on the lake! This is our 3rd year at The Lookout and you can't beat this location! The beds are super comfortable and I love that they are all king beds! The bbq was in super bad shape so we brought it up to management and they immediately set up a brand new one for us
