This spacious 3,300-square-foot home, completed in 2024, comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The outdoor living area boasts over 800 square feet of deck space, including a stunning wraparound porch, cozy firepit and upper-level decks with stunning views—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while the kids play.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is bright, airy, and designed with family gatherings in mind. The large living room features a comfy Lovesac sectional, a 65" TV, and a top-notch Sony sound system—perfect for movie nights or board game marathons with the whole crew. And when it’s time to eat, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with high-end KitchenAid appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to whip up anything from quick snacks to gourmet dinners.
