The master bedroom pillows are due for replacement. The area carpets in the Master & Great room need shampooing or replacement, appear dirty and warn out. Front door alignment is off, so deadbolt does not engage properly. Door must be pulled.

The amenities were also great - rooftop with a view and grill, a community pool, and overall a beautiful walking neighborhood.

This development doesn't have restaurants, coffee shops (after Labor Day) or a gym/fitness center (despite advertising that this is one). So be prepared to drive into town more.
Great house located in the Lookout development. It was perfect for 3 adults and could have fit more. Cute rooftop deck and great location. I would recommend this home for it's location, and overall comfort. The area rugs need a good shampooing but otherwise the home was immaculate. <br/><br/>One thing to note, especially if you are familiar with the Seabrook development on the WA coast. Getting to the beach is a lot when it’s 100 degrees and they don’t tell you that. The only door to door shuttle is if you are disabled. It was just way too expensive for all that! The house was pet friendly but has no yard really and had planters etc with no flowers in them so it looked tacky.

Fun weekend retreat spot!

They seem to have a spider problem though, as during our week stay we killed no less that 25 HUGE spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms. When we alerted the management company, they could care less. We've stayed at the Outlook q few times before, and this was the first time weve had an issue like this.

This place was great! We had three adult couples ( 1 couple got the bunk bedroom) and overall we loved our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed, and an awesome rooftop with fire table and grill. It was perfect central location to the lookout amenities and to all the nearby wineries. I would absolutely stay here again.<br/>Also kudos to the management company who was available for questions and suggestions. My experience was top notch .

Was great to have a place for the dog to stay w/us. The house is kept up great, and was gorgeous inside and out. Was excited the pools were opened We missed having happy hour though : ( This was our last trip to Chelan before move across the country and it was just perfect!

Many cooking utensils are included in the kitchen, and as we did cook, they came in handy, as did all the spices/pam/syrup etc. Was great to not have to buy every little thing.

Beware of the all the maintenance, resort and cleaning fees. You'll be required to strip the beds, clean the dishes, dump the garbage and leave the house exactly as you found it or there will be additional fees.

Welcome to Married with Children at the Lookout!
Married with Children is the perfect place for a quiet family vacation or weekend get-away with friends. Located a short distance from the clubhouse pool, hot tub, and Pickleball court as well as the picturesque Lake Chelan and Lookout Marina. And don’t forget all the fabulous local wineries!
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a spacious living and dining area to entertain as well as a large open kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare a fabulous meal. A 47” flat screen smart TV with preloaded streaming apps (Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, and others) and DVD player provide entertainment for when you just want to sit and relax. Also, the gas fireplace provides a cozy setting to curl up and read one of the many provided books. An assortment of movies and board games are also available.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with an ample supply of bedding for your needs. The en-suite bathroom includes a large tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second master is complete with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. For the kids, we have a cozy bedroom complete with twin bunk beds, flat screen television and an XBOX 360 with a wide variety of games. Finally, the sectional living room sofa pulls out to uber comfortable queen size bed. (No kidding, this is not your grandparent’s pull out couch).
What is the best part about Married with Children you may be wondering? It is the rooftop deck! Nothing says relaxation like sitting on a comfy couch by a fire pit enjoying a glass of wine or a good book while taking in the view of the lake or night sky…of course, after you have enjoyed a meal cooked on the BBQ at the patio table that seats 8. Outdoor furniture and dining not available during Winter months, approximately November-March.
