This is the perfect place to vacation. The homes are beautiful inside and out, equipped with everything you could need (and more!), and the resort is filled with things to do for everyone. We cannot wait to go back next year!

One More Minute was a perfect size and layout for our group of 9 people (3 of which were small children). It was very clean and the furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful, though the firepit did not work, and though we called about it, someone showed up with a long handled lighter the next day, and said they would send someone the following day to check into it further. That person never came so we were unable to use the firepit for the entire stay and that was disappointing. The hot tub was clean and functioning, but there were four sockets without covers with rusty wires protruding that concerned us when the children were in it. The pots and pans provided were pretty dismal; scratched up and some with wobbly handles. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped (although it would have been nice to have a small amount of foil and a few zip locks to start us out). Outdoor and Indoor towel supplies were great and toilet paper was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and all bedrooms had TVs, which was nice, but the interface was a bit wonky and hard to figure out on all of them. All in all a good stay with only a few improvements suggested and disappointment with the hot tub situation since we specifically were looking for a house with a hot tub.

We loved staying at the Lookout with our family and kids- its the perfect spot for families. The facilities at the place are amazing- the pools,the beach, the staff, and the weekend activities are just so great to have with small kids. The house itself was really great, but for the price I do think needs a few updates. The hot tub was not hot enough, and I believe this is an issue because someone else left this review. The dishwasher was very unreliable, and likely needs to be replaced. It also could use an upgrade on things like pillows. But besides that, the house itself was very clean, the layout was amazing for our two families, and we fully enjoyed the stay. We walked around and would say that this properties location is one of the very best- the view was superb. We will be booking again!!

Location is perfectly fine- we’ve stayed in this neighborhood 10+ times. Love the amenities. The biggest disappointment with this house is the beds. The upstairs bedrooms feature lovely mattresses for sleeping, but the bedroom with the bunk bed is physically painful at night. I chose this room for myself in order to allow my guests the nicer rooms, and did not sleep for more than 20-30 minutes at a time for the 3-night stay. I woke up with strong back pain each day, and I am a fit 35-yr old. Choose wisely.

Plenty of room for our combined family. Disappointing that the dishwasher was broken. The suggestion of a countertop dishwasher was impractical, so we ended up washing dishes by hand. Not the way we wanted to spend part of our weekend.

We’ve been coming to EGG N US for 3 years. Shaun and her family have been the best hosts and the Look Out organization as a whole is top notch. Our family has created so many memories at this home.

The home we rented was not ready for guests and issues with the home were not communicated until we arrived and found non-working elements such as no dishwasher (there was 8 of us staying in the home), no stereo system (Sonos inoperable), outdoor lighting partially non-functioning, garage was closed off and we were not allowed to use for our bikes and strollers. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience. While we certainly had a good time in Chelan, the basics communicated in the rental agreement were not as defined and in some cases we had to call 2-3 times and items were never addressed. I would Not recommend Lookout Mountain Home rental or at a minimum not this house.

We spent 4 glorious days at this lovely home. Well equipped with all of the cooking supplies we needed. Great setting for grilling with an awesome view. Our three year old loved the proximity to pool. Loved to sit on one of the three porches and look out on the lake. Stayed cool and comfortable even on the 100 degree days. Will certainly be back!

Second time we have stayed here. We won’t be back. Nice house but we found lots of white dog hair. My wife had eye issues our whole stay. Daughter was grossed out by all the dog hair on her yoga pants. Also, small things. No scissors, pens or paper pads.

We loved the house itself, it was very clean and the kitchen and seating areas were large and functional. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub and the great location of the property! Property management team was prompt and professional and we would love to come back again some day!

We had 4 generations of family at the Egg N Us and all found the weekend to be relaxing and fun. The fenced in yard in back was great for the under 3 crowd and the location ideal for a neighborhood walk.

It is a beautiful home with a lot of areas to have fun. Enjoyed the hot tub but could not get it to heat over 100 degrees. Loved spending time in the backyard. It was also very cold downstairs and it did not get warm when we turned heat up. Guest had to use several blankets to keep warm while sleeping downstairs. Beautiful kitchen and family area with plenty of space.

Was an amazing and relaxing experience. The house was perfect, great for large families or small groups. Loved that their was 2 rooms on the top floor and 2 rooms on the bottom, great for 2 small families. The fully fenced yard is great for pets and loved that the grill and fire pit were gas which made it easy and convenient. Will be staying again.

The only things that weren't as advertised were (1) thermostat capped at 70F when instructions said it should've gone up to 85F... not a big deal but the basement was much colder than the upper floors; (2) the snow in the backyard covered some unpleasant surprises left by previous pets. Again, not a huge deal either way and certainly didn't ruin our stay.

Would highly recommend and consider returning in the future.

The Egg N Us is a beautiful home with an expansive view. Due to Covid and Christmas we did not go out much but enjoyed walking the Outlook neighborhood and dipping in the hot tub in the falling snow. It was a perfect holiday get away.

We had a fabulous vacation with our family and close friends. This house was the perfect backdrop to summer fun for 4 boys and 4 adults. We found everything we needed and wanted from cooking to fire pit and hot tub time. The house was comfortable and gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the time.

A beautiful house with everything that you forgot to bring with you! Clean and welcoming! This was my first experience renting a home and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and feeling that I was in my own home. Nice community feeling. Highly recommend!

The lookout neighborhood was fantastic! It was our second visit to the neighborhood and first time in this property. The property layout was fantastic, however, the house is showing it’s age. The fridge wasn’t keeping cold and would dump water all over the floor each time you opened it from the broken ice maker. The dishwasher wasn’t cleaning well and the dryer would make a horrible crying noise when you ran it making it impossible to use at night once kids were in bed. Very little in the way of bar accessories so bring your own cocktail shaker and tools. Overall the property was fine but could really use some updating.

We had a great stay at Egg N Us! We had 7 adults, 3 kids and it was more than enough space. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Pans, pots, crockpots and extra plug in skillets. We brought extra laundry soap, paper towels and Lysol for cleaning which came in handy. I’m sure you could ask the management company for these things. We also brought our dog. The backyard has a short fence but was great for our Mini Aussie and the front room was a good spot for her crate. The pool was a short walking distance. Overall was great and we definitely will be back next year.

We needed a few days away and some change of scenery and rented the house with 1 other family (total of 4 adults and 3 kids). The house couldn't have been more perfect for our families. Great lower level for the kids, amazing living space with deck and views up lake and 2 masters upstairs. We had an absolutely AMAZING time and would rent the house again in a heartbeat!

The staff was super friendly, everything was clean when we arrived. Close to town and bakeries! Shuttle service to the lake was always available. I would only hesitate to recommend this home due to it's price, quite exorbitant for one family.

We really liked the house, the back terrace, the community and its amenities, and the proximity to Chelan and Manson. Also, the owner and property managers were great to work with. We definitely hope to return.

My family and I love Egg N Us. It’s the best home away from home. The views are incredible and come with all the amenities you could possibly need. The owners always make sure that it’s incredibly clean and ready for your stay.

Love this house! Second year we’ve stayed here. Only issue is there are no blackout shades and the bedrooms are light as day about 5:30am so our group was up early every morning. Love it otherwise!

This house has a ton of room, great view, huge yard that overlooks the lake and vineyard. It is well laid out with a perfect set up for two families (2BR up/ 2 BR down). There are also many indoor and outdoor areas to eat / entertain. It’s a brief walk to the pool / play area. Would definitely stay here again.

Biggest complaint was that the entrances into the home (front porch and back entrance) were not cleared of snow and they were VERY dangerous. The overhang on the front porch was constantly dripping water and would freeze overnight and it became quite treacherous.

The home is very clean and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are perfect
for enjoying Chelan with family and friends. The two things that should be improved are:
1) the sleeper sofas are absolutely terrible; they are about two inches high and full of hard wire, and should not be considered as beds.
2) there are plenty of kitchen cabinets, but they are full of too many large platters, bowls, pans, etc., so there isn't room for guests' food
