The Summit House is a mountain contemporary home situated at the top of Chelan Lookout on the Jackrabbit Lane loop. Explore the many activities the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer, then return to the comforts of home within this scenic resort community.

The front of the home faces Lookout Park with some of the Lookout’s most desirable amenities, including an expansive lawn, fenced playground, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and pickleball court. Lakeside Coffee House, the Hilltop pool & hot tub, community fire pit, and bocce ball court are steps away from the front door. A short path next to the home descends to the Porcupine Lane loop and the Lookout Marina shuttle.

A reverse-living floor plan elevates prominent living spaces to maximize birds-eye views of Lake Chelan and surrounding mountain summits. The uncluttered interior of the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms on three levels with over 2900 square feet. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with king beds, plenty of closet and drawer space, and 4K Smart TVs with hardwired ethernet.

On the upper level, the open-concept kitchen is generously equipped beyond the basics for those who love to cook. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate a large Weber grill with side burner for outdoor cooking. The living room, with panoramic views, vaulted ceilings, and double-sided fireplace, opens to a lofty wraparound deck. There’s indoor-outdoor dining between the deck and dining room, and each table seats eight adults comfortably. Opposite the upper-level living space, the primary bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, presents sweeping uplake views and opens to the deck.

On the main level, there are two bedrooms with uplake views opening to the lower wraparound deck, and one is a mini-suite. A third bedroom on this level faces the park and has an executive desk for remote work. The lower deck has plenty of shaded seating and a fire table to gather around. A full laundry room with high-capacity washer and dryer provides convenience for longer stays. The driveway accommodates two vehicles, and a third may be parked along the curb.

The media room on the lower level is a secondary living space ideal for watching movies, playing board games, or settling into a good book. Xbox Series S and Nintendo Switch gaming systems are provided for hours of family entertainment.

Dogs are welcome at Summit House, with a maximum of two dogs less than 50 lbs. Dogs must be house-trained. No puppies allowed. Guests must abide by the Pet Policy in the Lookout Rental Terms & conditions, including never leaving pets unattended.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on Summit House property, inside or out. Occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests. No outside visitors or parties are permitted on the property.
