Welcome! 5 O’clock Somewhere (5OS) is designed with larger families and groups in mind, offering 2,495 square feet of bright inviting spaces and common areas to gather. In addition, the home offers plenty of space to retreat, with 4 Queen+ bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a bunk room for the kids.

5OS borders Vineyard District Park which provides an expansive area for lawn games or to let the kids run while you relax on the porch with a glass of wine. It’s also just up the park from the year-round pool (heated in the winter). The playground, main pool, and pickleball courts are also very close, ensuring that your favorite outdoor activities are easily accessible.

In addition to the highlights and amenities described below, 5OS provides the following gear to make vacationing with little ones or your work-from-home requirements easier:
-Child Gear: 2 highchairs, 2-Pack n’ Plays, 1-3in pack n’ play mattresses, potty seat, wagon, and stroller.
-WFH Gear: 2 portable tables; 2-folding chairs; 1-32” LG monitor with HDMI hookup and a printer/scanner.

Third Floor Loft
- Media room with a 75” Smart TV, Xbox One and stocked with puzzles, games, and toys for all ages
- Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress
- 4th bedroom is multifunctional, including a day bed with an optional pop-up trundle bed (provides for 2 twins or king configurations) and a Foosball table
- Separate bunk room, with 2 sets of twin XL built-in bunks (sleeps 4) and a “secret” room the kids will love

5OS is happy to host your pup! Max of 2 dogs, potty trained. Sorry, no puppies. A dog bed, water/food station, long leash, and poop bags are provided for your convenience.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

What a great house! Beautifully furnished, great layout, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. We left behind a couple of things at checkout and the management promptly called to alert us. We will definitely be back!

We had 9 people in our group. This place fit us all and it was a very convenient location for touring the local wineries. The house itself was stocked very well. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing to be here at this house, in this neighborhood, with all of our team!! The house was amazing, the LookOut was so accommodating, and the location was superb! The house EASILY fit all 12 of us and everyone had privacy when they needed it and the open first floor was just the team building space we needed!

5 O'Clock Somewhere provided the entire family space to gather for a weekend together, pool time in the beautiful autumn weather and cozy comfortable relaxation and rest. The kitchen is so well equipped and functions well for a small army of cooks. The huge coffee ,mugs are amazing, I only with that they were different colors so that we could tell which one was our own �� I would highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to return again.

We had a great time staying at 5’OClock Somewhere. The house wea able to comfortably hold all 9 of us and the amenities were great specifically the hot tub and Fire Pit. The owners have stocked the house with everything you could possibly need during your stay and the house was very clean. Everyone who stayed had a great time and we talked about doing a trip like this again next year.

Our party of 6 adults and 8 kids had the perfect stay in 5OS! The adults loved the outdoor spaces for enjoying coffee and late night drinks, and the kids were nicely settled upstairs in the bunk and media rooms. The owners really thought of everything, we had kids ages 4 mos-15 yrs and everyone was happy! I really appreciated how we didn't have to bring as much baby and toddler gear since much of it was provided. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and these owners truly were the most thoughtful in covering ALL of the bases for the most relaxing time. We will absolutely be back.

We had such a great stay at this house! It was our first time at the lookout and this house was perfect for all of us (we have two preschool age children, another family with a newborn and the grandparents). They have everythinnnnng you would need and it made it so comfortable for all of us. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and it was just awesome all around. Staff on site was extremely quick to respond when we had questions and the house was very clean and in great shape. We had such a great time. Thank you!

Our family of four absolutely fell in love with this home and our girls were very sad to leave (we actually tried to extend our stay but it was booked out!). The home was spacious, welcoming and comfortable. It was furnished and decorated beautifully with a lot of touches that we would ourselves have in a home and the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation while we were there. We used the fire pit every night, watched a movie in the upstairs loft, and used the grill on the porch. The girls experienced bunk beds for the first time and loved them and we all liked the close proximity to the heated pool in the community. Can’t say enough good things about this place and we really hope we can come back next year!

We were joined by our son and daughter, their spouses and our young grandchildren for our 4th vacation at The Lookout. “5:00 Somewhere” met our expectations with the amply equipped kitchen and it was fabulous having the extra fridge in the laundry room right beside said kitchen. The owners having small children themselves had a high chair as well as a pack & play in the house, so we did not need to bring from home. There were toys, books, art supplies and other items for the kids that made it fun for them. The Master bedroom was roomy and the grandkids enjoyed bathing in the large deep tub.
The fire pit was enjoyed in the evening, and the wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. There are plenty of seats in both areas. It’s a quick walk to either pool, and it was great having the Vineyard Park right outside the door, especially when it was a slip & slide afternoon.

We are used to having a garage as we had in previous Lookout houses, this house had a gravel driveway with room for two cars. The two other bedrooms on the second floor are small as is the bathroom for those rooms.

Overall, the house worked perfectly for our family of 10! See you next year Lake Chelan.

5 O'clock Somewhere was perfect for our group of 6 (3 adults, 3 teen boys). They had everything we could have possibly thought of, and the house is beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable... We loved the extra seating areas and the mystery playlist from the high end speakers on the main level. So cool.

% O'clock Somewhere was the perfect home for my friends and I for our long weekend getaway. The home is beautiful inside and out and is stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting by the indoor/outdoor fireplace as well as the hot tub and fire pit. The house is set up perfectly for both adults and children and will definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Would definitely recommend renting 5 o’clock somewhere. The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Felt so clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The 2 high chairs and pac n plays were an added bonus. Was great location- just a short walk to pool and hot tub! Loved it and hope to be back sometime!
