Looking for a home with enough space to accommodate extended family or a large group of friends?

All Decked Out combines spacious living with great access to the Lookout's outdoor amenities. This 2,422 square foot, 3-story home, comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is located within steps of Lookout Park with a children’s climber, large open field, pickleball court, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, community grill, and gas fire pit.

The home's double wraparound decks provide an additional 1,200 square feet of living space with stunning views of Lake Chelan and the surrounding mountains.

MAIN LEVEL | Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, 600 Sq Ft Porch
Pick out a DVD or book from our well-stocked library and relax on our comfortable leather furniture in the living room.  An HDTV with expanded HD cable channels and gas fireplace set the stage for a cozy stay during those snow covered winter months. There are also board games and puzzles to enjoy.

The dining room table has seating for 7 people. Additional seating can be found at the 4-person table in the kitchen nook and at  3 barstools along the island bar.  

The kitchen is well stocked and has all the modern amenities you could ask for: stainless steel appliances, Caesar stone counter tops, dishwasher, gas stove, and much more!

Conveniently located just off the kitchen is a mud room/laundry room with an attached ½ bath. Here you’ll find an large capacity washer and dryer, shoe bench and coat hooks. There are plush beach towels for you to use during your visit.

The first floor has a nearly 600 sq. ft. wraparound porch with comfortable deck furniture, a deck box for storing your lake and pool toys, and two cruiser bikes for exploring the Lookout community. The gas grill and large picnic table are perfect for barbequing while you enjoy the beautiful scenery.

MID-LEVEL | 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 600 Sq Ft Deck
The master bedroom offers a romantic retreat with access to the second floor wraparound deck. This large window filled bedroom with gorgeous lake views has a California King bed, lots of storage, and a wall-mounted HDTV. There are double sinks, a soaking tub and shower in the bathroom.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large closet, dresser, and nightstand. A windowed door provides views of Lake Chelan with access to the second floor deck as well.

Kids will love having their own space in the bunk room. Two built-in double bunks with extra-long twin mattresses provide comfortable sleeping for 4. Each bunk includes an individual captains light with bottom drawers to store belongings. There are books and games to enjoy as well.

A full-sized bathroom is available on the second floor with a large vanity and tub/shower combination.

UPPER LEVEL | Entertainment Room, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Twin Daybed, Large Bathroom
The third floor offers Foosball, a 60” HDTV, Blu-ray player, Toshiba sound bar, XBox 360, Rock Band and Kinect. There is also a nice selection of games and movies.

When you’re exhausted from all the fun you’ve had, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress and a separate memory foam twin sized daybed. A large bathroom with a shower is also on this floor.

Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet is available with speeds up to 25Mpbs, which will accommodate all of your devices.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. interior construction work will be performed on weekends. This house is truly perfect for families! I can’t say enough about its ideal location, amenities and overall layout. First of all, it’s across the street from the playground, community area and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching our children run around and play with the vast selection of lawn toys provided. Not to mention, the house is on the inner loop of the Lookout—perfect for bike rides and leisurely walks. Next time we visit All Decked Out I won’t bring so much stuff. The owners have thought of it all: books, board games, arcade and video games, toys, floaties, every kitchenware and utensils imaginable, plush towels, etc.

We brought three kids (ages 4-13) and four adults, and we couldn’t even use all the space. It was incredible to have 3 floors to spread out. Clearly, the top floor game room was a favorite. While the grownups cooked dinner it was nice to have a space for the kids to play. Our daughter especially loved the book collection and dress up bin and games, while our son was amazed by the Xbox setup. The house’s name really captures the uniqueness of the property. The decks are majestic. Every morning we gathered on the decks to drink coffee and enjoy the views, and every evening we drank wine on the spacious decks and reflected on our fabulous day and the gorgeous house. All Decked Out is, without a doubt, one of our family’s favorite vacation destinations.
