Bunk Room – Sleeps 3 in twin bunk beds (note: second bunk bed only has an upper bunk)

Arroyo

Arroyo features a Carriage House that can be rented as an add-on option to the main house,  which increases the number of guests to nine.

Come enjoy Arroyo as a getaway or as a place to gather, surrounded by the beauty of Lake Chelan. In 2016, this home was featured as the Resort Home of The Year by 425 Magazine ... the design and details are a visual delight! The photograph menu captures the stunning setting and eclectic, yet comfortable, furnishings.

Arroyo is situated in the Upper Bluff group of homes with an 180+ degree view of the lake and mountains. The sloping lawn adds extra lounging and play space. It’s an easy stroll to the Lookout Hilltop main pool, upper park and featured play areas. The marina and swim cove are just down the hill.

The main level of the house is dedicated to open and flowing public spaces. The living room, dining room, and kitchen can hold your style of entertaining. Chefs and company will appreciate the kitchen for meal prep and serving. Walk-in pantry, separate ice maker, wine cooler and two dishwashers make the party easy. With the warm weather, slide open the 20-foot wall of windows and enjoy the additional space of the covered porch. Outdoor sofas and fire table entreat you to linger. The powder bathroom and laundry are also on this level - tidy.

Bedrooms are on the upper level and all enjoy views of lake and mountains. Ample pillows and linens are designed for your comfort. Both main bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bathroom for the Bunk room is across the hall.

The Carriage House can be rented for an additional fee. It has a sectional couch/chaise with a queen memory foam bed. Quite comfy! Large ottoman, chairs, beverage refrigerator and 48” Sony HDTV ensure another lounging area. Walk-in closet and 3/4 bathroom complete this cozy space.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

Wonderful time. Nice house and amenities. property mgmt team was great.
Only areas for improvement:
1. Wifi in house was terrible. Recommend upgrading router
2. Noise through day from carts/people going up/down from beach access point. Not sure this can be resolved.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our first vacation time together since December and were delighted with Arroyo 60. The home is well situated to enjoy nearly 360 views of the lake and has some spectacular custom touches likes the glass wall opening unto the deck.

Perfect place to get away from our normal quarantine routine. The house has a beautiful view from every room so even quarantine-ing while away was comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in - great appliances and plenty of counter space. The pool was closer by and fairly empty. The house is right on the path to get down to the beach. The backyard lawn was perfect for bocce. Our favorite lookout house so far!

We have been coming to Chelan annually for years and this was by far the best stay we have ever had. The location is incredible, view is beautiful, house is perfect and amenities are incredible. No complaints. We will be coming back for sure!

This place is incredible. Everything made it feel like we were at home, but better! The AC was a bit difficult to figure out, as it didn't seem to turn on in one of the bedrooms. And the golf cart crew had their stop outside of the home which was wonderful and convenient until they started their engines (the cards are VERY loud) at 10pm to end their shift. All together the house and location was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The entire Lookout neighborhood was the perfect place to stay on our recent trip to Chelan. Now that we’ve had a taste of the amazing community we won’t stay anywhere else. The pool area, kids playground, bocce courts, and open lawn are perfect for a family trip! The arroyo house we rented was spectacular - great layout, gorgeous interiors, and a stunning 180* view of the lake. Can’t say enough great things about this spot!

We've been staying at the Lookout for 3 years now and LOVE it!! THIS HOUSE.... A M A Z I N G! I loved pretty much everything about it! Had everything we needed...beautiful vies and close to the pool. The "smart house system" ...I LOVED it! Will be back soon!!
