Just past the spacious entry is the remarkable Bunk-room that sleeps 6 - offering two twin beds over two queens. The 43" 4k smart tv and numerous board games are available for your entertainment. Adjacent is a full size bath/shower combo plus two sinks with ample storage.

The custom barn door leads you to the media/rec room. Play high-stakes poker on the 4-in-1 game table or battle it out on the XBox One X. Grab some popcorn and a refreshment from the wet bar and share in a family movie on the 75” 4k smart tv with 5.1 surround sound.

The outdoor oasis beckons where a massive patio area, grassy retreat, 7-person sunken hot tub, and alluring fire pit offer many places for you to spend time together or apart.

Breathtaking is the only word to describe the entire second floor! Family can gather around a floor-to-ceiling fireplace or expansive farmhouse table. Whether you would like to prepare an intimate meal for two or Thanksgiving dinner for the entire family, this kitchen is loaded.

Exclusive to Beachy Keen is the stunning 8-panel LaCantina glass door and windows that opens the entire width of the home. Relax and enjoy a meal on the back deck or outdoor bar. This perfect experience of indoor/outdoor living is unparalleled.

The main floor bedroom with ensuite sleeps 2 in a queen bed with a traditional farmhouse flair. The private deck is a superb place to enjoy morning coffee or lose yourself in a book. The 43" 4k smart tv is an added bonus to catch up on your favorite shows.

The amazing views only get better from the third floor where another master suite awaits you. This time with a relaxed lodge feel flowing from the oversized bedroom with King bed into the cabin-inspired bathroom with double-headed shower. The shiplap accent wall, rustic décor, room-darkening window treatments, and 55" 4k smart tv give ‘glamping’ a whole new meaning.

Across the hall is a glamorous, romantic master bedroom that sleeps 2 in a King bed immersed in rich textures, colors, and luxurious details. The ensuite bathroom with double-headed shower is embellished with high end finishes. Elegant velvet chairs invite you to settle in opposite the 55" 4k smart tv. French doors open wide to a private deck with unsurpassed views of the lake, mountains, and surrounding vineyards. We had a fabulous stay at Beachy Keen. The cleanliness was immaculate, the kitchen and bathrooms were so well-stocked, and the location of this home was perfect. The staff was so helpful when we needed additional amenities like more dishwasher detergent, etc. The only four-star aspect of my review is for the outdoor furniture, as it was a bit cheap and uncomfortable.

Beachy Keen is a fabulous house! We had 10 people a couple of the nights, and we never felt crowded. The hot tub was great. There was no detail left off of this beautiful home. The weather was so good that we opened the glass wall every day, and we thoroughly enjoyed that! The kitchen was outfitted with anything and everything you could need to enjoy cooking while away from home. The view of the mountains was more obstructed than in the pictures, due to the growth of trees on the property behind the house.

We stayed for an extended weekend with 3 families (6 adults, 6 children).
Everyone loved the home and enjoyed their time at The Lookout. This home is huge with spacious rooms and all the amenities you could ask for. The community is beautiful and every detail is so well thought out.
We loved this house especially because of the amazing views. There’s nothing like enjoying your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the snow-capped mountains and peaceful blue water.

The house was very high end with beautiful features, amenities and a great view! The only downside was that the ice wasn't working in any of the appliances (which was the case in our other rental across the street as well).

This vacation rental is beautiful inside and out. My only "complaint" is that the furniture both in the living room and outside/patio is super uncomfortable. I think investing in new living room chairs that are deep and comfy and new deck and patio furniture would really make a difference! Otherwise the house is beautifully decorated and furnished.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a special family birthday. The accommodations were perfect for the 6 adults and 4 teenagers in the group. Plenty of space, clean and nicely decorated. We were very happy with all the cooking utensils and supplies in the kitchen. One thing to be aware of is the third floor bedrooms are very warm; our stay was in October.

What a beautiful house. Great location and amazing view, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It was a perfect house for a large mother daughter group to stay. Close to the pool and close to the beach and a nice walk to downtown Chelan.

The beachy keen was an excellent rental with killer views of the lake, a house with everything you need and a outstanding outdoor space led by the hot tub. Beachy Keen was great. We rented this place for a moms trip with several younger kids in tow and they were delighted with the bunk room. All of the adults were very pleased with the large size of the other three bedrooms and that they were all en-suites and had a King was a plus. The home was a dream for a trip with kids - they had a spare high chair and pack n play in the house which was invaluable. The house had everything we needed for a great extended weekend and we’re already talking about a return trip to Beachy Keen this summer!

Beautiful home, well furnished and equipped. Plenty of bath & Kitchen towels which is nice. There is a plethora of games to choose from! This is a nice location as it is very close to the trail to the beach and close to the pool. Loved the pickle ball court! Enjoyed a couple afternoons of wine tastings but mostly just stayed at the Lookout location. Janet and Servando were so helpful and kind. Cons: Refrigerator kicked a circuit 4-5 times throughout the week causing warm food and had to throw out food and replace, not happy. Ice maker in fridge really did not work-thankful for downstairs ice maker.(apparently this is a previous problem) Dryer is not vented correctly (owner/builder issue) and is basically unusable as is. Maintenance was unable to fix. Def needed this. Kids Bunk room bedroom door is very hard to open when completely closed which is a fire hazard. Shades are needed on deck or nano doors to be able to enjoy a meal at the dining rm table at dinner time. For someone staying 1 full week a 1/4 cup dishwashing detergent and 5 pods for dishwasher is simply not enough supply. It was a hassle to keep asking for more. We did feel like we wasted 6-8 hours of our vacation by waiting for maintenance(dryer, refrigerator, soap) and supplies throughout the week. Enough issues to not choose this home again, sorry to say.

This was a fantastic house for us. The interior is beautiful and had tons of space for everybody The kids loved the bunk room, and the adult bedrooms were fantastic. The kitchen had the best supplies of any vacation rental we've ever been to. Mornings on the front porch were amazing. We found the services to be excellent. We needed things from the rental office (more propane for the grill, more Tide pods, etc), and the service was always very prompt, within the hour. Everything was beyond comfortable and well-maintained.

It overall good. the hottub did not work and it wasn't fixed on time. the team gave us a complementary discount given the failure on the facilities, but it was a big disappointment and issue given the issues also with the small pool. fist time these issues happen. hope the team can get this under control, it jus not up to par what we have paid and expect.

This home is well stocked and the location is very nice. We enjoyed being so close to the trail to the lake access. It was also easy to get to the pool. Two families stayed (4 adults and 4 kids) the kids loved the bunk room. The hot tub was great! Overall it was an enjoyable time. A few suggestions: Another reviewer mentioned this, but the dryer has issues drying even small loads of clothes. The ice maker in the main fridge was iced up and not producing ice upon arrival, we have the same fridge so we knew how to address it - and that it has a tendency to ice up - but it would be worthwhile to have this checked prior to travelers arriving. Various doors throughout the home need to be adjusted (likely due to normal settling in a new home) another reviewer mentioned the bunk room door, we experienced this as well. Lastly, it would be great to have retractable sunshades (it is extremely bright in the dining area at sunset) and also an outdoor table on the main floor deck, but that’s just a preference suggestion. This home is overall lovely.

This was the perfect place to stay for a group of moms and daughters. The house had everything we needed, plus and amazing view. The downstairs was perfect for all our girls to hangout and the kitchen and back patio was perfect for all us moms to hang out and relax. The house is close to the beach and close to the pool. We especially loved the doors on the middle deck that slide all the way open.

Beachy Keen was a great spot for our girl trip. The bedroom layout was perfect to accommodate the adults and kids. Having the bunkroom and media room on the lowest level was amazing. We stayed at the Beachy Keen 56 in November of 2020. In the middle of a pandemic when we can't really go anywhere, it was amazing to be able to rent a big clean house like this. We stayed here with two families with kids and grandma and grandpa. The house was really well stocked and everything we could possibly want.

House was totally beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. I left messages with the rental staff on a couple issues with the house which were minor. We would definitely be interested in renting again.
