Overall satisfaction
The house was great and the perfect getaway for our family. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, and the house temperature went above 80+ degrees. We were uncomfortable and miserable throughout the day and night. It was actually colder outside than inside the house.

We contacted maintenance that night, but the only solution provided was replacing the thermostat batteries. Unfortunately, the temperature never improved and the AC still did not work. We hope this issue can be addressed for future guests because otherwise the home was a wonderful place for a family stay.
