Description

The Chelan House is perfectly located directly across from the Hilltop pool and hot tub, pickle ball court and park. Trail to lake front shuttle is right outside the back door.

Make yourself at home in our 2 story 3-bedroom house offering all the comforts and amenities of home. All bedrooms have a king size bed and 50” TV. Media room offers twin beds, both with trundles, to accommodate four. Media room also includes a 50” TV with several games. Media room shares a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bedroom #3.

If you decide you would like a break from electronics you can find several board games and puzzles to enjoy with your family and friends.

All 5 smart TVs are equipped with Roku and ready for you to connect to your favorite streaming service.

The kitchen is well stock with all your basic cooking needs including electric griddle, blender, hand mixer, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig.

Large front porch has a cozy swing on one side and a fire table with Adirondack chairs on the other. Both sitting areas offer great views of the pool and the beautiful Chelan hills.

The back deck has a large patio table with seating for 6 but can easily accommodate 10 when using stools from inside. From here you can enjoy a view of the lake with the Cascades in the distance.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

Exceptional home with high quality craftsmanship. A perfect house for our trip. Lots of space for the kids and adults to enjoy alike. We loved the open kitchen and entertainment areas for cooking and getting together with family, and also enjoyed the close proximity to town. All in all, a wonderful home and great trip!

House had absolutely everything we needed - from extra towels to cooking utensils to pillows. Was plenty big enough for our family - essentially 4 bedrooms - which was more than enough rooms.
The location was absolutely perfect - right across the street from the pool and playground. 1 street over from the place you get picked up to go to the beach. Great view as well from the balcony!
Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Beautiful house located across the street from the pool. Comfortably fits 2 families and the location is really convenient for families w/ children. House was really clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent 4 days in Chelan with another family. House was a perfect size for the 8 of us. Proximity to the pool was fantastic for our kids. Getting to the lake was relatively easy with the shuttle service. Only complaint is the dust. There is a lot of construction going on at the adjacent lot to this home and the dust got over everything in the front of the house. Made that front porch/ porch swing unusable. Other then that, we had a great time and plan on returning next year.

Overall it was a nice home. It was very new and pretty clean. It was fine fit for 6 people. It would have been pretty tight with more than that. I though they were missing some essential items from the kitchen like counter spray, napkins, etc. in addition, there was construction going on right next door starting as early as 630am. It didn’t make for the most restful night sleep. If you have kids the amenities of the lookout may be more worthwhile. For a group of adults, we may just rent a home actually lakeside next time.

Beautifully decorated home so close to all of the amenities and just a short walk down to the waterfront. Our group (3 adults, 6 teenagers) fit just fine and didn’t feel crowded at all. No complaints. Will definitely return next summer! This was our first ever visit to Chelan and I can’t wait to come back.

Best location ever! Close to the pool and path to the lake! Great layout for our 3 small families. Clean, comfortable, and still feels new. Love the 3 king beds and 4 twins. The front porch was great. Maintenance was quick to respond when we needed more propane for the grill too.
