Chelan Landing offers breathtaking lake, mountain, and pool views in all directions. Every room in the house has full or partial lake views. Each level features outdoor gathering spaces, including the main level wrap-around covered porch, an upper-level covered porch, and 3 lower level covered patios. The house is across the street from the Hilltop pool, hot tub, Lakeside Coffee House, outdoor movie area, firepits, large playground park, and pickleball and bocce ball courts. Chelan Landing offers guests privacy, situated between a cottage house and a pocket park. The house steps down to a pathway that takes you to The Lookout marina, beach, basketball court, pickleball courts, and walking trails.

The main level has a spacious open floor plan with abundant natural light and 360-degree views. Large windows and multiple French doors expand the living space outdoors to a covered wrap-around porch. Enjoy a cocktail at the kitchen window pass-through bar, relax at the indoor/outdoor fireplace, watch the family swim at the Hilltop pool, or take in the spectacular lake sunset views as you grill or dine alfresco – the wrap-around porch embodies the Lookout experience.

The upper level has the home’s most breathtaking views. The king suite has an adjoining covered porch with a large sectional sofa and a bar seating area for entertaining or work-from-home. The queen guest bedroom has a large desk, monitor, computer stand, and an incredible work-from-home view. The bunk room has comfortable sleeping spaces for kids and adults. The upper level also features an additional full bathroom and a laundry closet.

The lower level has an expansive media/family room with two sleeper sofas (queen and full), partial lake views, two walk-out patios, an assortment of adult and kids games, and a large dining table for overflow guests, workspace, or games. It has a king suite with partial lake views, a walk-out patio, and an extra large en suite bathroom. The lower level also features an additional full bathroom.

The home has a modern gourmet kitchen with upgraded Bosch appliances and numerous dining areas. Guests can dine at the kitchen island, pass-through window bar, main level indoor and outdoor dining tables, and lower level dining table. The upper-level king suite porch is a cozy place to enjoy breakfast and coffee or an evening glass of wine just outside your bedroom door.

Chelan Landing was designed to accommodate “work-from-anywhere” with convenient power access at all indoor/outdoor desk and bar workspaces and incredible views. The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs and high-speed internet to make browsing, streaming, or working as seamless as possible. Chelan Landing has 2 parking spaces and an electric car charger. For baby or toddler needs, the house has extra pillows, blankets, a pack-n-play, changing pad, and two dining booster seats.

This house is in a great location, across from the hilltop hot tub and pickleball court. It’s on the end curve, so there is no street parking which is something to consider as the house sleeps 16 and only has room for 2 cars in the driveway.
We had exactly 16 people and the living space of this house was not set up for it. The living room is very small and comfortably sat about 8. The sectional sofa was pretty worn and had crumbs and cheerios between the cushions, and a good amount of the other furniture in the house were old and didn’t match the quality of the home.
We utilized the 2 sleeper sofas in the basement but they didn’t have ample bedding for them. The guestbook says there are bedding sets for the sleeper sofa in the basement king room but there weren’t any, so we used baby blankets they had in an upstairs room and couch pillows for sleeping.
The house itself is beautiful and pretty new. The carriage house in the driveway is being worked on and we had to move our car out of the way for the construction workers one of the days.
We loved the 2 ‘master’ suites, that was very nice to have for our large group. Views from this house are amazing, mountains, the lake, sunsets..
Overall the house felt too small for our size of group but the whole neighborhood is amazing.

We stayed here with four kids and four adults, and it was perfect. The location across from the pool can't be beat, and the large kitchen made it easy to all hang out. It's so close to downtown Chelan, we loved being able to run to the Drive-In for burgers, or grab coffee. The only complaint is that guests cannot park at the house, they have to park in the lower lot which was a bit inconvenient. But the management company was really helpful with that and anything else we needed.

Lackluster all the way around.

This was my 3rd time staying at The Lookout, first time in this particular home. The very first thing I noticed when we checked in was how warm it was inside the house when we arrived, not a huge deal I thought, I will just turn the temp on the AC down and the house would cool off. Found the HVAC controller on the wall both upstairs and on the main level and the temp inside the house showed to be 77 degrees and it was set at 68 with no air coming from the vents. I called the office to let them know there was an issue with this and they said they would send someone up to look at it. We asked if they had some portable units we could use in the time being and they said yes and they would send them up... Portable units never showed, an HVAC tech was dispacthed to the house later that day and said filters needed to be changed. Filters were changed, still no change in AC performance in the house at all. It wasnt terrible during the day (should've been much better) but at night when youre trying to sleep and its 77 degrees in the house made for some uncomfortability with myself and my guests.

Second issue was a fire alarm in the lower master bedroom with a low battery alarm, constantly beeping day and night. It took multiple calls to the front office and a full 24 hours had gone by before they came and took care of this. Every time I called I would get the "We are on the way to fix this" and it wasnt until the afternoon of the following day before they did.

This is a small detail but I thought it was worth noting, they stock the house with the cheapest/lowest quality possible paper towels and toilet paper they could get their hands on. I have been in gas station bathrooms with nicer stuff.

Youd think when a guest spends $12,000 for a weeks stay that the AC would work, the service from staff would be somewhat prompt for repairs etc. I have not had an experience like this in the past staying at the lookout, I really hope it was a one time thing.

We know how difficult it can be to keep the house below 75 degrees on excessively hot days, and these instructions have proven useful when other guests experienced 100+ degree days. The house is beautiful. We may have been one of the first people to rent this house. The only problem we have and it needs to be looked at is the water heater. Water was luke warm, called maintenance and they said the water heater is a heat pump water heater and it needs a larger room to vent in. The room it is in is too small. We had to leave the door open, it was very noisy for the sleepers down stairs. The bigger issue is the temperature downstairs, because the heat pump take the heat from the air and warms the water, the downstairs area was like a refrigerator, it was at least 15 degrees colder than the rest of the house. This needs to be fixed.

Rest assured that our team has taken action to address the air/water temperature and water heater noise issues. We reset the water heater system timer to reduce its noise, installed a vent in the closet door to ensure it runs more efficiently, and inspected the AC to ensure the house runs at the desired temperature setting (this stay had been the first time this season the AC had been set to run). We had a great time. Great house. It needs a couple cooking items (ie. pancake turner, replace scraped cooking pot.)
