Description

Welcome to Coco Chelan (@cocochelan), our modern farmhouse at The Lookout. This conveniently located home is just a stone’s throw away from the year-round heated Vineyard pool. It is also stepping away from the shuttle that takes you to The Lookout marina and the private beachfront. We are a short walk to the event park, Lake Chelan Lookout, and Vin Du Lac winery. Coco Chelan is thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need to make memories here with your friends and family. Our goal is for you to be able to pack light and still feel at home.

Coco Chelan features an open floor plan with 1,850 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. All beds have premium mattresses with water-resistant covers.

We love to cook, and Coco Chelan was designed with that in mind. In the kitchen you will find:

• Dedicated beverage fridge, and wine cooler to keep your drinks ice cold
• Full-sized dedicated Sonic ice maker (your soda and Micheladas will taste better, promise!)

• Barware, wine, and cocktails glasses

Do you love to grill and BBQ? The backyard features a smoker with the ability to cook low and slow or sear at high heat. Bring your brisket, or get that perfect reverse-seared steak.

We put a lot of energy into designing our outdoor space so you can enjoy all four seasons in Chelan. Outside you will find:

• Beautifully designed turf with Olympic stone walkways, and privacy fence
• 7-person hot tub
• Outdoor shower
• Fire pit with seating
• Outdoor dining with table-top fire
• Misters for those hot summer days
• La Cantina doors, to extend the living room and bring the outside in

We love hosting friends and family here and have furnished the home with families in mind. Whether you have a baby, toddler, or teen, we have something here for everyone, including:

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact The Lookout with any questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed this home. It has everything you need to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We also were impressed by the hot tub and how clean it was, it's not always the case when you rent a place but COCO Chelan was 10 out of 10 for us.

When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the house and ambiance. Everything that we needed was there, the eating utensils, all things to make amazing meals, the games and rooms upstairs all are amazing. We cooked and hang out in the front of the house which has a barbecue and sitting area with fire pit. It was an amazing trip!!!

Our family of 5 vacations often and had a five star resort like stay here at Coco Chelan! Not only is the decor on pointe, but you can feel how much love was put into every part of this home! The kitchen is fully stocked for a chefs delight, and the entertainment possibilities are endless! We felt welcomed to have kids here and loved the games, hot tub and fire pits! It was the best stay!

Darling house, really well-situated and the vibe is extra and just lovely. Everything is shiny perfect new and high end. Unfortunately now I have to figure out a way to put in a pellet ice maker like the bomb one in this house. The crystal (literally crystals) light fixtures in the master is amazing and the electronics are also so high end that I have to now upgrade my own. So yes, this house was nicer, newer, bougee-er than my own!

The kitchen has super sharp knives, lots of spices, and serving ware with actual serving utensils. Again, everything is high end. The two things I wished for was a Nespresso or maybe a little more coffee bar vibe and a microplaner. This is me being picky though!

We came with 2 teenagers and I love that they're teenagers. I'd rather not see the baby stuff or kid craft things (generously and stylistically appointed) when I walked in the back door.

The hot tub was so nice! It would be helpful to have a step there so we wouldn't fall into it (we repurposed the potty step from the downstairs bathroom). It would also be helpful to have the handle to hoist the cover off. It was heavy/difficult to take on and off without my husband flexing his muscles ;)

The master bath shower - oof. The sliding door was poorly fixed and fell off when I sneezed (literally). The management company came and propped it next to the window, and replaced it with a shower rod and vinyl curtain. If every perfect house had a blemish, this would be it.

Lastly - this will be an open issue while construction is ongoing in The Lookout - but the view outside the beautiful sliding accordian door is...of a construction site, complete with a porta potty. I know this is temporary but at the price we paid per night - oof!

We have friends who have homes in The Lookout and the overall complex is to die for. It's so easy to get around and everything is perfect. They came by to check out the house and they loved it

Coco Chelan is phenomenally decorated, the owner has set it up with all the cooking, dining and drinking appointments you could ever need. Nice hot tub, and a short 2 min walk to pool. They just put in a play castle for the kids while we were there about 200 feet from the property. Beds, sheets and pillows are first class, and TV's are setup with a half dozen streaming choices. Great stay would go back and enthusiastically recommend.

Our stay began very HOT as the air conditioner was broken, but Guest Services quickly repaired it, and it cooled down within a few hours. The house was lovely, and well stocked. I have several suggestions for additions to this home that would make it even more comfortable (fans upstairs as it remained hot at night, screens for windows, reading light in second guest room, shelves in guest bath to place toiletry bag(s) on).

It was so great to stay at CoCo Chelan. I have been following along the journey on Instagram for awhile now and it was great to finally see it in person. We went the week after Christmas for a winter vacation with my family and my sister's family. 4 adults and 5 kiddos. There was enough beds for everyone and big enough so that we didn't ever feel cramped. We made use of the hottub and the neigborhood pool/hot tub. The pool is super close and only takes 2 minutes to walk to. The house is very clean, organized, and stylish. I highly recommend families staying here.

Coco Chelan has high-end "Smart" appliances but there was NO guide for any of them. Also we had to call property management for the Wifi code for it too was not available. Otherwise the property was most comfortable.

Coco Chelan was a great property. Kitchen well stocked with everything you can imagine. Clean and well maintained. Maintance even comes and services the hot tub ...that could of been noted in the paperwork but I missed it so it was shocking at first to see them in the back yard. Although he was wearing a shirt so it easy to figure out why he was there. Nice proximity to the all season pool. Well stocked with games and TVs with streaming apps. I'm already ready to book for next year!
