Description

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 10 and is located on the Vineyard Park just a few houses away from the Vineyard Pool and a short walk to the Lookout Event Park and Vin du Lac Winery.

Déjà Blue’s spacious, open floor plan on the main level makes it a great place to enjoy the company of family and friends.

The main floor includes:

· Pottery Barn furniture, 55” smart television, Sonos sound bar and subwoofer, and fireplace
· Spacious kitchen with a large island, walk-in pantry, and separate eating area
· Kitchen amenities include a drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, Instant Pot, and more.
· Powder room (1/2 bath

The upstairs living space includes:
· Large master suite with King bed, private ¾ bath, and 50” smart television
· Bedroom with King bed
· Bedroom with Queen bed
· A double-bunk room with 4 twin beds and glow-in-the-dark comforters
· Full bathroom

Relax outside on the front porch overlooking the park while listening to your favorite music, play games on the lawn, or gather around the fire pit for some s’mores underneath the trellis. Cap off the day with a dip in the luxurious 7-person hot tub, fully equipped with its light system, Bluetooth-connected sound system, and fountain jets.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free home; however, the owners have a dog that visits sometimes.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

The house was very clean. It had all the essential supplies and accomodations for seven of us during the week. Very close to the pools and nice to have the lawn right outside our front door. Hot tub was in good condition and appliances worked great. We had a great stay overall.

This was our sixth stay at the Lookout and the first time staying at Deja Blue and we were not disappointed! Beautiful home, plenty big for our family of ten, six adults and four grands. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, bedrooms are good sized and the grandkids had a blast sleeping together in the bunk room. We only had a few issues with the house: there was no drip coffee maker when we arrived and no umbrella for the outdoor table. A coffee maker was supplied but not until the second morning of our stay; we never did receive an umbrella and so we weren’t able to use the table at all because of sun and heat. Also there are no hooks or over the door hangers in the upstairs bathrooms for robes/pjs/towels which would be nice. But we love the Lookout and hope to return again!
