This 3300 square foot, six bedroom, six bathroom home, with expansive, unobstructed views of the lake, mountains, & downtown, was completed in 2020. Total accommodation allows for 14 people & the home sits beside the new Lookout event & view park. In keeping with this home's indoor/outdoor theme, there are some 1,500 square feet of deck space spread over three deck or patio areas.

The expansive high raftered ceiling in the main living area has a series of multi-sliders opening up to the main porch with a gas fire bowl, ceiling heaters, & a large outdoor dining table perched overlooking the lake.

In one building sits the open kitchen with island seating for 4 & a dining table for 12. With top-of-the-line appliances, a gas cooktop, wine cooler, this is a kitchen with all you need to make and serve great meals. In the other connected building on the main is the playroom, which includes a TV/Xbox large seating area & a ping pong table.

There are hardwood floors throughout the home & a combo gas/wood fireplace in the great room. Thematically one building is predominantly covered in shiplap while the other has dark wood accents throughout the main & the bedrooms.

The two queen bedrooms with en suites on the lower level both enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and have oversized bathrooms & showers. They both open up to a lower deck that has outside covered seating & access to the outdoor hot tub, which sits adjacent to the lower deck. A lower covered area between the two buildings contains an outdoor ping pong table & place for games & hanging out.

On the upper deck is a grill, dining area, and gas fire pit with overhead heaters surrounded by seating. The front deck has seating that looks over the street & onto the new Lookout event and view park. This deck is perfect for morning sun, reading, & to say hi to neighbors walking down the sidewalk beyond your wine trellis fence.

All the upstairs bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings. The king has an expansive view of the lake from the bed & additionally from the sitting area. There is a dedicated tv for the master. In addition, the bathroom has a standing tub, a double faucet, & oversized shower. The bathrooms are all contemporary in design & feel.

Additionally, on the upper floor are two queen bedrooms, both looking down on the lake and a bunk room that sleeps four comfortably. These three rooms, with their vaulted ceilings & airy feel, are serviced by two separate bathrooms, one with a shower & one without.

The main floor also contains a bathroom & a laundry room & considerable storage room.
While the main floor of the two buildings is angled to be visible from one to another & easily accessible to one another either through the deck or through the connecting hallway, they are programmed to keep the noise & activity of the play & tv area comfortably separate from the activities of the kitchen & great room.

This home has extensive dimmable lighting, a wireless 3-zone Sonos sound system, high-speed internet, & streaming TV service in addition to the Xbox. Two HVAC units will maintain that perfect temperature year-round, & 2 InfraRed heaters on the porch over the gas fire pit extend the outdoor living well into the fall & early spring. The garage has a 240 charger for quick charging electric cars.

Our party of 20 had an amazing stay at this house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The owners have a beautiful house with the best view on Lake Chelan. Great split layout with bedrooms on both ends of the house and bedding & mattresses were so comfortable. The Lookout community as a whole is well ran and has every amenity you need while on vacation

Our family of 13 spent four nights at the Grand Crew.I would rate the stay overall as a 4. The general condition of the property was a 4.The sofa in the great room is much too low. The bottom rack in the dishwasher had to be forced in before running.The Hamilton Beach coffee maker has a Mr. Coffee carafe which doesn't work in that pot. There were no gates provided for the stairs.Fortunately we had called and brought two gates with us for our two-year-old grand-daughter. The location was quite nice and the view was spectacular This would rate a 5.The house was pretty clean. I would rate it a 4.On our last morning the fire alarm sounded loudly shouting fire! fire!Three of my sons got up with me knowing not what to do. Ten minutes later it shouted and sounded again. Should I have called 911? I called two different numbers from the notebook, and each of the three calls went to voice mail. The office called me at 8 am. There were no instructions as to who to call in this situation. The personI spoke with asked ifshe could send out a maintenance person, but since we were leaving at 11, I told her this definitely needed to be checked out before the next guests arrived.

From arriving to the Grand Crew to leaving, we were in awe of this house! This house is a literal dream. My family and I travelled from Maui,HI and stayed here for 4 nights for my wedding and it was just perfect! Family of 14 adults/kids and this house was big enough to accommodate all of us with more than enough room to keep us comfortable. House is well maintained and clean. The bonus was being right next to The Lookout venue for our wedding. The views from the house alone were spectacular. We had a kind of chilly weekend so our private jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace + over head heaters were the most used areas in the house. The home also includes everything you need to cook, bbq, bake, etc. Just bring a suitcase, food, toiletries and you will be set. Not to mention, this neighborhood is a dream as well. So quaint, quiet, and relaxing. You have your own shuttle services, coffee shop, pools, beach. Stephanie and the The Lookout crew was so amazing to deal with as well. This was our first but definitely not our last time here. Mahalo to The Lookout crew, we will be seeing you all again! Aloha, The Aboy’s.

Grand Crew was a fantastic spot for a girls weekend. We had 7 women stay for 3 nights and the house was perfect!! Very comfortable, great amenities. It was too hot that weekend for the hot tub but we did walk over to the pool which was great. The location is perfect- close enough to walk to town.

On the first night we couldn't get the fire pit to light, and after calling guest support someone was knocking on the door 10 minutes later and got it fixed. Overall I would say this house and Chelan Lookout is a 10!

We were in Chelan for a wedding. The Grand Crew was perfect for our group with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The flow was great for a big group. The view was amazing. We especially liked the large deck with an oversized firepit and plenty of Adirondack chairs.

Beautiful home with magnificent views. Our family of 12 loved this modern and clean home. The firepit and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. And it was hard to beat the ambiance for dinners on the deck. The kids loved going to the pool, marina and the park areas. We had an issue with the upstairs water heater and maintenance was over to look at it within 10 minutes. Overall a wonderful week and our family members said it was our best family vacation ever.

We rented this house for my husbands 40th birthday. We had 7 couples total and felt we had plenty of space. Downfall was it was winter and couldn't take advantage of all the beautiful outside deck space! The kitchen is stocked so if you plan on cooking, just bring the food and spices. The only issue we experienced is in the middle of the night it would get really warm. We didn't mess with it to figure out why but the communication with the lookout team was great and know they would have come out if we asked them to help us. Would absolutely stay again!

The house is very new and modern. All appliances work great. It seems like there are still some items that have not been completed. For example, there are no pulls on the barn door style doors upstairs. This creates a significant danger for children who cannot open them otherwise. My only other concern was the amount of ants and gnats we encountered. We have stayed at other Lookout properties several times and have never had a similar experience. The gnats seemed to get worse as the week went on. Not sure what can be done, but would be a good idea to address the issue.

Beautiful house, but bugs galore. Apparently houses near the water have these bugs inside, harmless but a nuisance. Have stayed at other Lookout homes and never had the issue however. Wasp nest out on deck as well, but was taken care of from great Maintenance staff. Also fridge water filter was out and a new one could not arrive prior to our departure. All in all great stay

Overall we were very pleased with the property..

However the Kitchen was lacking key amenities listed below

Measuring spoons
Griddle
Large baking dishes

The cooking utensils were very sparse and the ones that were there had broken handles very dangerous to have in the kitchen.

The coffee pot was not user friendly

In an environment that has rocked the hospitality industry, the folks at Grand Crew have navigated successfully the path to creating a magical and memorable stay. We felt very comfortable with the new check in/check out procedures and appreciated the cleanliness of the home.

The house is well situated for multiple families (including toddlers) and the views are some of the best at the Look Out. We look forward to staying at this home again and enjoying some of the many amenities this neighborhood has to offer.

This is our third stay and third house at the Lookout and Grand Crew did not disappoint. We were two families and we really enjoyed the fact that this house had two separate sleeping areas. Everyone had their own privacy but the common areas provided plenty of space for social interactions. The huge deck, the hot tub and the view were also a big plus. You can't beat the views this house has. Loved the modern décor as well. It was functional and tasteful. We will come here again for sure

Rented The Grand Crew, got married at the Lookout park, and had the Best Experience! They even arranged an extra fridge, and the use of a golf cart as the "getaway car". Jenn Montes is amazing as the event coordinator. If you're considering the Lookout for your wedding, do it! You won't be disappointed.

The house was amazing. It had a great view and the location was perfect. The house had a hot tub and the maintenance team checked the chemicals every day. In fact when one of my friends had his car break down the on site mechanic came out to help us out. I will definitely come back to chelan and stay in this house. We played golf at bear mountain golf course and that was one of the best courses I have ever played.

Overall, this is a beautiful home in a great location to both pools and town. The layout was wonderful for our families and the house was well stocked. The biggest issue was that amenities description included a "BBQ Grill". This is a 6 bedroom home, so we were not expecting a tiny 12" round charcoal grill. On top of that, when we ended up having to grill our steaks inside, the stove vent did not work and set off the fire alarm for 10 minutes. The hot tub had brown film as well after someone had already come to clean it, so we had to call and have them clean it again. The construction crew next door also decided to hangout and lean against the bedroom window and hot tub during their breaks.
