The home is centrally located, a few steps from the event park and a short walk from the Lookout Park, the Event Park and the lake front shuttle stop to the 70-slip marina. Lookout Park features a children’s play area, large open field, a pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, community grill, pool & hot tub!

This three-story house was completed in June 202O and has outstanding lake views from almost every room in the home. Lake Escape overlooks a large green space and features extensive sun decks for mountain, lake and downtown views.

The main living area is on the middle floor with a completely open floor plan for gathering with family and friends. The open dining room area with views of the lake seats 8 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. There is also plenty of additional storage space in the pantry located off the kitchen/dining area as well as a half bath.
The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need for your cooking pleasure, including all the basic spices. In addition, there is a coffee maker that uses both Keurig pods and ground coffee, coffee grinder, a French press, and blender.

In the upper level, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper level master suite has vaulted ceiling, king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds share a bathroom. There are ceiling fans and black-out blinds in the all the bedrooms on the upper level to keep you cool and comfortable.

In the lower level, you'll find a large media/game room, the fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed, a full bathroom and a spacious laundry room. The media/game room has an air hockey table, Xbox(bring your games) and many board games and puzzles for hours of fun for the whole family. There is an electric fireplace to warm you up on those cold winter nights while snuggled upon the couch with your favorite book.

Smart TV's are located in the main living area, master bedroom and downstairs media room. All TV's have DVD/Blu-Ray players with free Wi-Fi and extended TV service provided.

But more than the house itself is the expansive outdoor living spaces, with a massive deck over the garage, a wrap-around deck off the living room, and front porch. The large deck has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and a lounging area that hosts a couch, two large chairs with ottomans. There is a large adjustable umbrella for your sun protection. The propane BBQ grill is available to complete your outdoor fun. The wrap-around deck boasts a large 6-7 person hot tub with lake views to keep you warm on those cold winter nights or just to enjoy the lake view while relaxing. The front porch has two comfy chairs and an ottoman and it's the perfect place to enjoy an early morning beverage and read the paper or simply relax.

For those who need to work, Lake Escape includes a fast WIFI network, a desk/monitor/keyboard set up in the lower level media/game room, and a desk/monitor in the master bedroom.

Dogs are welcome but they must be under Dogs are welcome but they must be under 50 pounds and crate trained. A dog bed, water, and food bowls are provided. This home features quick access to hiking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, kayaking, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, or just experiencing the quant shops that downtown Chelan has to offer.

We had a great trip, and renting this home made it better. The pool filter noise a few other guests mentioned is noticeable, but definitely not disruptive. We booked this house for the views from the deck and they didn’t disappoint. The house was well appointed with most things you need as a family, which was helpful with two young children. The walk to the pool was under 2 minutes and made going back and forth a breeze. Definitely recommend this neighborhood for families. My only “complaints” would be that the bunk room downstairs doesn’t have blackout blinds like the upstairs rooms which made it hard for the kids to sleep in (aka not wake up at first light!) also we couldn’t get more than one of the burners on the bbq to light so barbecuing was a bit of a struggle. We ran into an issue with the pool gate not opening but after calling the property management they had it fixed quickly.

Overall the stay was great. Such a nice community and property.
One thing that was disappointing was that the neighbors had some sort of unit outside that was loudly running for our entire stay. It was very loud. They actually even coincidentally replaced the unit while we were there but the new one was really no different. It made it hard to have windows open or to sit outside on that side of the house.

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Escape. We were two families - 2 adults and 1 child each - plus a couple of dogs. The house and the Lookout delivered and then some. Especially helpful were the shuttles down to the lake! We were already planning our return a couple days in. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Escape! We've stayed many times in Chelan and even in this neighborhood but this home was so comfortable, has an incredible view and has room for everyone. We will be staying again!

This was our first time at this particular house and we were more than pleased with it. The house easily accommodated our multi-generation gathering - with lots of space for everyone. The views are beautiful from both outside decks. The large deck is an especially great space - would be great in the winter also. I definitely would stay here again.

Great house for a few couples to stay in for a wonderful fall weekend. We could walk to Vin du Lac and down to the water easily. Everything was in great condition in the house. Just beware of the very noisy pool filter of the next door neighbor. It woke us all up as it came off and on all day and night.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great views. Nice furnishings. Short walk to pool and beach ATV pick up... no problem for our 3 & 5 year olds to do. Enjoyed lounging by the fire with the lake view. A little less private than some other houses we have stayed at, but a good value.

Beautiful home with nice views of the lake. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our party of 7. Be sure to leave a pair of sandals by the back deck, the deck gets toasty with all the direct sun. Overall it was a wonderful week away for our family. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Absolutely fantastic! Our stay at the lakehouse exceeded all expectations. The property is nestled in a serene, picturesque location, offering breathtaking views of the lake right from the deck. We loved this home! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! This house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and the beds are very comfortable. The main level has a wonderful set up with access to the amazing deck that had wonderful lake views as well. The downstairs was a dream for the kids with bunk beds, board games, air hockey table, etc. Overall this home had amazing views and was in a great location, close to either pool and short walk to the marina pick up. We would stay here every year!

We enjoyed our first visit to Lake Chelan. The home has a fantastic location with lake views throughout the property and is convenient to amenities like the pool and park. The sofas were comfortable and we enjoyed playing air hockey. The house was spacious and had a nice, modern design. It took some adjustments to get all floors to a comfortable temperature (the lowest level got quite cold). Lookout staff were easy to contact and very responsive when we needed assistance.

Plenty of space for us 6 I. Chelan for a girls weekend. House was in great shape. The master bed was the most comfortable rental home bed I have slept in. Living room furniture was cozy and the hockey table downstairs was fun. The two decks and view were awesome an we used daily!

We fully enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and has a great layout for families. The large outer deck was a nice amenity and is shaded in the afternoon. We also loved the propane fireplace on the deck. Views from the home are also good. The air hockey table in the game room was a hit but it is missing pucks and the only other issue is that the hot tub needs a new cover. Other than those two minor issues, the house was great!

Brand new construction and nicely furnished. Kitchen adequately stocked. The best part of the house is the stunning view from the dining room. Only complaint we have is the HVAC. There is easily a 20 degree difference between the main floor and the 2nd floor. We stayed here in February when the temperature outside was in the low teens and had to sleep with the windows open. There's only one temperature control for the entire house. If you have it set for a comfortable temperature on the main floor then the basement is cold and the 2nd floor is HOT.

Home clean, comfortable, and lovely. However there was not a fire pit as listed. Only one chair on porch. Front entry could use a larger rug. To keep the temperature somewhat comfortable on 3rd floor, the main floor and basement were cold. These were minor drawbacks and we still had a fabulous time.

We had a great visit. This home was better than expected, the view was amazing, and the house very comfortable. We loved taking walks, playing pickleball, and sitting in the hot tub. We also took a day trip to Leavenworth which was very fun.
