Lakeside Bluff lives large. It's the perfect vacation spot for several families coming together to spend time and make memories. Big timbers, vaulted ceilings, a panoramic deck, a sports bar and billiards room, a private hot tub, a 10 ft home theatre, and a huge living room with a stone fireplace allow opportunities for group activities, games, and private spaces. Fabulous kitchen, but you might walk next door and enjoy a fine meal at the Vin Du Lac winery (while the kids eat hot dogs, play pickleball, or swim and make smores at the community fire pit.)

This is the largest house in The Lookout (4700) and was built as a primary residence by a premier builder in 2008. It has lots of stone, vertical grain fir, hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, and premium materials. It was purchased by the VandenBrink family in 2015 and renovated in 2021. The sleeping arrangements are spectacular, with three kings, two queens, and a bunch of twins, including a cool bunk room where 6 of the next generation can be plotting their fun.

The Lookout is a special place with lots of shared amenities. You might be out on the lake or using the pool in the daytime. There are a lot of common areas with walking paths, bocci ball courts, fire pits, and parks. It's where you can land with your family, hang out, and not feel like you want to hop in the car and go somewhere.

It doesn't make sense to have it sit empty when we are not here, so we hope your family can make a tradition of bringing everybody together.

We are also hoping it gets used by church and social groups. Soli Deo Gloria

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on weekends. Please get in touch with Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

This house was perfect for our family of 16! We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home, lots of space for everyone (young and old). Beautiful view and well stocked! Bring your food and clothes that's it! Our kids and grand children asked if we could enjoy this home every year!! LOL, that's how much they loved it!

We love The Lookout! it is a beautiful place to visit. The area is incredible, The Lookout is well thought out and maintained. Lakeside Bluff is a spectacular home with incredible spaces. And That View! The kitchen was well stocked, always a plus.

The house and setting are beautiful. It's difficult to find a home that is so comfortable and can accommodate our large family. We lost our son this year, so gathering with the family was especially meaningful and we thank you for the stay. 3 unfortunate issues should be brought to your attention. As business owners in the hospitality business, we know it is disappointing to deliver lest than a perfect experience. We were compensated for the refrigerator that quit working and thank you. It cost us the expense of throwing out meals we had prepared and the time of restocking and planning. In addition, one of the bedrooms downstairs was miserably cold. A window seal appeared to be broken but during such a cold stay it gave us one less acceptable sleeping spot we soon realized. And finally, the hot tub would not heat beyond about 95'. We have a hot tub at home and know that if you lower it between guests, at least we should have been able to raise the temperature to 103 for a fun experience. Again, a beautiful home, but that seems like quite a few big issues for a costly stay. We are considering retuning and are confident those issues will have been addressed. Happy New Year.

Lakeside Bluff home was the perfect dwelling for our large family to eat, love, laugh and engage. All members of the family (ages 17 to 75) enjoyed the beautiful deck overlooking Lake Chelan. The house is well designed for groups and individuals to spend time in a variety of ways. The pictures are spot on with the home. We hope to rent it again in 2 years.

We had 13 adults and 3 kids and this house accommodated us great! A few things to consider is fridge space was limited even with an extra one in the garage we still had to use multiple coolers. The ice maker in the fridge did not make ice very quickly either. The upstairs was always way too hot and the downstairs was freezing. The AC unit doesn’t seem to be adequate for the size of the home. Other than those issues we had a fantastic time and enjoyed the views!!

Our large group stayed at Lakeside Bluff in November. The house had plenty of room for all 19 of us to spread out. The house was well stocked and clean. The amenities were great, the kids were always entertained with ping pong, pool, the card table and theater. We enjoyed the views of Lake Chelan and dreamed about summer.

The house we stayed in was fabulous. The tv in the movie room was hard to set up, but once we figured it out the whole family, kids and adults, loved watching games and movies on the big screen. The view was spectacular and the rooms were great. We had 18 people in the house and didn’t feel crowded at all. I can’t say enough about this house, it was one of the best vacations our family has had!!

What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas! The house gave us the space we needed so everyone had a little space to breathe yet be together. The location was wonderful with a beautiful view. This was our 3rd visit in the last 4 years. Super expensive but big enough to fit our big family. Love the partially covered lake view deck, large kitchen and home theater. Some of the beds are starting to sag, the carpet did not seem newly cleaned and some of the drains were sluggish. It’s a wonderful place but I think some of that high rent should go towards upgrading beds and cleaning carpets. We’ll probably return because it’s the only house so far that fits our numbers.

Super impressed by the Lakeside Bluff and the Lookout in Chelan. The house was amazing and with a family of nearly 20 it was impressive to see how the house accommodated all our needs. Loved all the extra supplies like beach towels and the extra fridge in the garage! The beds and couches were super comfy! Appreciated the lake time and the pool time. The shuttle that took us to and from the marina. The ability to rent boats and jet skis right in the marina was super convenient! Also appreciated having a winery right there and the town so close. Highly recommend the Lakeside Bluff and the Lookout at Chelan!

But also the most expensive. This place is pretty gorgeous and has all the necessary amenities. But the cost is prohibitive unless you take several families to split it. Or, are very rich. We had for families and the place is large enough that we were not all on top of each other. We especially love the deck facing the lake. Part of it is covered, which was really nice with the heat we had.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how great this house is! Owners didn't skimp on furniture, amenities, and supplies. Outdoor spaces were perfect for meals morning to night, and the game room kept many occupied for hours. Perfect getaway for your next vacation

This house was amazing. We had 10 adults and 6 six kids, with plenty of room to spare. This was an amazing place to stay and an great addition to the Chelan community. I recommend every to stay at this house, if not in the Lookout neighborhood. Also the views were to die for!
