Welcome to Lakey Stars, a place we go to escape from the day-to-day, connect with friends and family, and experience gratitude in one of the Northwest’s most beautiful settings. We thank our “Lakey Stars” every time we walk through the blue door, and we hope you choose Lakey Stars to create memories of your own.

The light-filled house is conveniently located on a corner lot only steps away from the Lookout’s main pool, hot tub and recreation area. Walk across the street to enjoy s’mores night at the community’s main common firepit or outdoor movie night at the pickleball court. Lakey Stars comfortably sleeps 9 guests and is located adjacent to the Lookout Park with a children’s climber, large open field and additional community grills.

Lakey Stars is customized for its lot and perched atop the hilltop district, featuring inspiring mountain and lake views from nearly every room. The large, connected common space features a unified dining room, kitchen and living room that brings the outside in with multiple access points to the wraparound deck. It is an ideal hang out space for your entire group. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the modern amenities: stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, and much more! There are plush beach towels for you to use during your visit. The gas grill and tables on the deck and patio are perfect for barbequing while you enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The upper floor offers three bedrooms that can sleep a total of 6-7 guests (the living room pullout bed can sleep two more). It has two full bathrooms and a loft office space for two. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a window seat with unobstructed lake views, and all bedrooms are decorated to reflect the tranquil, laid-back vibe of Lookout.

At Lakey Stars we haven’t forgotten the tech creature comforts. Guests can enjoy complimentary high speed WIFI, two smart TVs - 55” and 40” - with Chromecasts for streaming apps from your mobile device, two monitors in the office loft for remote work, and an Xbox One for play. There is also a nice selection of games and movies.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

Lackey Stars was a great home well positioned within the Lookout. Super close to the pool, park, and playground. The view was awesome and the home was super comfortable whether inside or on the wrap around deck. We can’t wait to return next summer.

The house was wonderful, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the location was great! Close to the lake tram and across the street from the pool. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We couldn't figure out how to start the firepits, so some instructions on how to do that would be nice. Maybe they were out of propane? The igniter seemed to work, but just didn't catch. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Professional team that manages the rental. Very easy checkin and checkout. Right across the hilltop pool, and not far from the second pool. The house is ideal for 6 people, but can accommodate 8.

House was perfect location. Very comfortable! Went on early morning runs, afternoon jet skiing, evening watching live music at the resort. Jacuzzi and sitting by the outdoor fire before bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakey Stars! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was PERFECT—directly across from the upper pool and park. Our only disappointment was that we weren’t warned before booking that the Lookout’s awesome waterfront beach was closed due to construction. We feel like that’s a major part of what you’re paying for, and we would have delayed our visit had we known.

This was our first time staying in the Lookout Neighborhood. Lakey Stars is a beautiful, well equipped home and in a perfect location. In the evenings, we especially enjoyed sitting around the firepit on our covered porch! Would definitely stay here again.

Lackey Stars is perfectly located just steps to the pool and entrance to lake. Lake views with wrap around deck made for lots of star gazing. House is well equipped and comfortably houses 6 people. Modern furnishings. We felt very lucky to experience Lake Chelan at Lakey Stars.

We’ve stayed in many lookout homes, each special in their own way. Lakey Stars stands out for being very kid friendly, especially for kids 6mo-2yrs. There were a ton of kids toys, pool floaties, wagon, dishes and coloring supplies. The home is set up well for multiple parents working as well as kids ‘homeschooling’. Every room has a west facing lake view. The location is really convenient by the pool, park and path to lakefront.
