‘Love You to the Moon’ is an architecturally designed and decorated modern farmhouse-style home. Built to very high standards, this home boasts views of the lake, mountains, and city from the house and the large wrap-around deck and patio, with enumerable seating arrangements. Situated on two lots, this home boasts a 20’x20’ patio with a large outdoor eating area, a fire pit, and one-of-a-kind privacy.

Love You To The Moon

‘Love You to the Moon’ is an architecturally designed and decorated modern farmhouse-style home. It is a quality home built to high energy efficiency and architectural detail standards. Views of the lake, mountains, and city are seen from the house and the large wrap-around deck, as well as from the 20 x 20-foot outdoor patio, bbq, dining area, and fire pit.

Main Floor. The main living level has an energy-efficient kitchen with island counter seating for three. All appliances and cooking items are provided, including a Keurig coffee maker. The open dining and living area has a large farm-style dining table, leather couch, loveseat, and chairs in the living area, as well as a Sonos Bluetooth speaker. The powder room is located centrally on the main level and a full-size washer/dryer with an ironing board and cleaning tools are closeted nearby. A large bedroom suite is located on the main level and has its custom luxury bathroom.

Second Floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, two baths, an open landing, a TV nook, and a loft. At the end of the hall is a master suite with a king bed, bar-height table, and an en-suite bathroom. Near the stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed and desk. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is near this bedroom and loft area. The second-floor landing has a unique triple-twin bunk bed with sleeping accommodations for three and a desk. The kids will enjoy the enclosed private TV nook adjacent to the bunk beds. There is potential for additional sleeping space for two in the upper loft with a ship’s ladder for the kids to use as their hideaway (please bring your sleeping bags if you want to utilize the loft for sleeping).

Other Amenities. This home has views of the lake and mountains from virtually every room and is equipped for outdoor living on the patio, covered decks, and a fire pit. The Internet has been upgraded to 1Gigabyte download and 100Mbps upload. Sonos speaker is available on the main floor. TV includes expanded channel coverage as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The garage has a 220/50amp plug for Electric Vehicles.

We have stayed in a couple of smaller homes at the Lookout, but this time we had grandparents tagging along as well! The home was absolutely perfect, and the space out bag to grill and sit by the fire at night was superb. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the loft which made finding some quiet time manageable! The kitchen was one of the best stocked we have seen as well, so altogether, we could not have asked for more!

We are renting this home to have a small intimate wedding for her daughter who had to downsize because of the COVID-19 restrictions. The house was perfect. We had a lovely ceremony on the deck, bricked in area in the backyard and are going to be getting some lovely pictures because of this lovely home. There were a few items I would like to have had there like this class and the coffee grinder but for the most part it was well furnished, well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fair Winds #70. The Lookout Community is really lovely, very new houses with gorgeous landscaping throughout the community. The pool we went to was well spaced for COVID safety, with spray and wipes to clean chairs and surfaces. Improvements to the house would be there were not many glasses. Maybe 4 of each type and two wine glasses. Definitely need to invest in more as the house accommodates 7 people. The other down side to this house is the construction across the street. Really it was not pleasant to sit outside during the day due to the noise. Also there are supposed to be quiet hours that start at 10pm and that was not enforced. There was loud music and kids in the streets probably until 1AM or so. It would be nice to have those hours enforced. The shuttle to the lake was great, the drivers were so polite and always wore their mask and wiped down the ATV before a new passenger got in. The lake area is beautiful but we found that people would go down at the beginning of the day put their towels on the chairs and not return for hours later. I think there would be plenty of chairs and umbrella space if someone at the marina kept an eye on that. All in all a beautiful place and I would recommend.

Our two kids (ages 9 and 5) said this house was "epic"! Their two favorite features aren't shown in these photos--a small media room with bean bags, TV, DVDs, and an upper loft with bean bags that they used as their hideout and reading nook. We stayed here in the wintertime, and the heater was making a chirping/screeching sound when it was turned on; we only used the upstairs bedrooms so it didn't bother us at night. We told the management about the noise so hopefully it will be fixed for future guests. Overall, this is a beautiful spacious home.
