Welcome to Making Pour Decisions, where comfort and luxury meet at The Lookout at Lake Chelan! Our home is the perfect gathering place whether traveling with family, friends, or your special someone. We are in the Vineyard District, just steps from the Vineyard pool, kids' park, and a short walk from the Vin Du Lac winery and restaurant.

The open-plan main floor keeps you connected to the action, whether cooking a tasty meal, playing a family game, or kicking back to watching a movie. The living room invites you to get cozy with two oversized couches, two plush velvet armchairs, large flat-screen Smart TV, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace to keep you toasty year-round.

The kitchen features beautiful new stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island, and everything you will need to create and savor your favorite meals in your home away from home - baking essentials, roasting pans, serving pieces, Keurig, coffee pot, and of course a variety of glassware to enjoy your favorite beverages! Enjoy sweeping views of the Lake from the ten-person dining table and enjoy tasty appetizers while seated on the island.

Want to take in the fresh lake air? We’ve got you covered! Our home features a wrap-around deck with a fireplace and plush seating, a spacious, secluded patio with a private hot tub, a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and several cozy nooks to relax and unwind. Each season in Chelan has something special to offer, and we’ve designed the space to keep you warm and cozy to enjoy them all!
All four bedrooms are gorgeously appointed, and enjoy their bathrooms.

• Main floor bedroom: Queen-sized bed, full bath with walk-in glass shower
• Upstairs bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, twin over twin trundle, en-suite full bath with walk-in glass shower
• Upstairs bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite full bath with tub/shower combo
• Upstairs bedroom 3 (Primary bedroom): Queen-sized bed, plush chaise lounge, stunning lake views from the full-wall window, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with custom tiled floor, beautiful over-the-counter sinks, and walk-in glass shower.

Upstairs you will find the second living room with a 60” flat-screen TV, a laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. All Smart TVs include your favorite streaming services: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video. You will have ample parking in the two-car garage with an EV charger and two additional parking spaces. Pack your bags and get ready for the perfect vacation!

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Although Making Pour Decisions does not accept pets, the owner’s dog occasionally stays in this home.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.

Absolutely impressed with this house and all the neighborhood. So many amenities, everything feels like new and in perfect condition. We had a great couple of days and we will como back but we well stay longer

We stay at The Lookout every summer and always in a different house. This year we were at Making Pour Decisions (great name!) and loved it. Beautiful home with plenty of room and comfortable beds. It was very hot so we weren't able to enjoy the fire or hot tub but very nice setup. Kitchen was lacking a few things and several of the dining room chairs were broken. Air conditioning worked great and even an air conditioned garage that we kept one car in. The Lookout has many wonderful amenitites and we spent our time at the private beach where we swam and played and rented a boat from one day. Staff great and great shuttle service between pools and the lake.

We had the absolute best girls weekend ever at the Making Pour Decisions house for my bachelorette party in June! The house is extremely comfortable for a large group — plenty of comfy beds, full bathrooms, a ton of seating and towels, blankets, mugs, etc. The only issue we had was that we kept blowing fuses when we used the microwave or hair dryers which makes it hard for 10 girls to get ready and was worrisome because it would make the fridge turn off! But I will say the service team was super helpful and got a technician out to help promptly.

We absolutely loved the neighborhood and took full advantage of both the pools and the shuttles down to the amazing lakeside area. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time staying here. Plenty of room. We had four couples and this spot was perfect. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, especially with families. The home handled 4 couples with a couple of kids very well.

Would love to have sunshades on the deck for both privacy and being able to enjoy in the hot part of the day.

EV Power was available in 240v, would be nice to have a charging station.

We had a great stay at Pour Decisions. The home was excellent. The only flaw was that the outdoor furniture is covered with plexiglass and has very sharp corners. I sliced my leg pretty good just waking by. Maybe the owners could either round the corners or put a protective material over the corners?

This house was beautiful! We’ve stayed in many different houses at the lookout and this one was one of our favorites by far. It had such a cozy feel and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality pots and pans and serving dishes. Everything was very clean. We loved the outdoor space with all the different sitting areas. Beautiful house!

Spacious and well appointed with great energy. This was our second time to The Lookout and we preferred this house to our last one. It just felt comfortable. 4 beds & 4 baths made it really nice. Also loved the indoor/outdoor fireplace and the hot tub! We loved that the kitchen had all of the utensils one could need, not just the bare minimum. While there is a peekaboo view of the lake, don’t expect breathtaking. Easy walking to both pools & the coffee shop, and a short walk to Vin du Lac. Highly recommend!
