Nestled in the serene Trailside Cottage neighborhood, across from the Vineyard Pool, hot tub, and splash pad, you'll find School's Out - a charming property with a sprawling yard, an inviting fire pit, and a luxurious private hot tub that offers peekaboo views of the lake. This unique property is perfect for anyone who desires privacy, as it has only one neighbor. The Hilltop Pool, playground, and pickleball courts are just a short walk up the hill, while the future Lake Chelan Community Center is only a two-minute walk down the road.

School's Out has two exclusive parking spaces along a tranquil alley road that leads to a newly built bike trail. Guests can enjoy the home's two adult bikes or take a leisurely 5-minute walk to Vin du Lac winery, located just down the road. This family-friendly home is ideal for single-family vacations at The Lookout resort community, especially when "School's Out!"

The main floor features an open-concept design with a convenient pocket office near the entry, which is perfect for working from home. The kitchen area is complete with all the necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer, a walk-in pantry for extra storage (including a travel highchair), and a Weber barbecue grill on the deck just outside the kitchen area. The living room boasts a cozy gas fireplace, a swiveling 65" LED Smart TV, and a 9' sliding glass door that creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living space during the warmer months. The home also comes equipped with board games and pool, beach & snow toys for entertainment.

The outdoor entertaining space is simply breathtaking, featuring both upper and lower decks, complete with patio heaters to keep you warm and cozy. The lower deck wraps around the side patio, offering easy access to dining and leisure. You can relax on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the lower deck or enjoy a cocktail around the fire pit while taking in the panoramic views of the valley and the peekaboo lake view. The dining table seats six comfortably, allowing you to enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning views of the lake and gorgeous hills, whether you're grilling or relaxing on the patio, or soaking in the hot tub.

Upstairs, kids will love the Bunk Room, which comes complete with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, a 43" LED Smart TV & Xbox S, and a closet stocked with extra pillows, blankets, a Pack N Play, a white noise machine, and a baby monitor for your baby/toddler needs. The Bunk Room also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower & tub. Further down the hall, the Primary Bedroom offers a private oasis with a comfortable queen bed, a 55" LED Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a full shower. This bedroom also has direct access to the large upper deck, which offers sweeping views of The Lookout community, Chelan Hills, and a peekaboo view of the lake. You can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the cozy lounge furniture just outside your bedroom door.

This was our first time staying at Chelan Lookout and we were so impressed with the amenities. The house was beautiful and meticulously clean. The house had everything we needed and the hot tub was a plus especially with terrible weather. It would be great to add blinds to the rooms.

Our stay at schools out was so wonderful. It had all the necessary essentials traveling with kids that we didnt have to take, such as a play pen, baby monitor, sound machine. They even had a storage up front of life jackets of all sizes and blow up pool toys. House was clean and well maintained. It's a beautiful home with a lovely second story deck that we enjoyed our coffee in the early morning. And being a corner lot, we had plenty of area for kids to play and enjoy the hot tub under the stars. We'll definitely be back. Only downside was that they were doing construction right in front of the house, so the workers would wake up the kids 7am sharp. But that's not anything to do with the home itself. Just a timing of our stay.

This home is well equipped with baby amenities and so much more for all the family. However, we truly apologize for the loud construction. Hopefully, on your next visit, there isn't any construction going on in our community.
