Welcome to charming Skylake Cottage in Lake Chelan! This modern and cozy retreat is the perfect place to call home during your next trip to Washington wine country. The cottage is ideally located steps away from the year-round heated Vineyard pool and hot tub. In addition, you are steps away down is the marina shuttle, and the Vin Du Lac winery and bistro. Skylake Cottage is designed as a gathering place for couples, groups of friends, and families with children. Cozy up with a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine and enjoy your evening by the fire on the porch. Stay longer and settle into work from anywhere at the two desks tucked away in the bedrooms. Unwind outside in the private hot tub or enjoy dinner outdoors by the fire table.

On the main floor, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of. The large gas range, double oven, and BBQ provide ample options to prepare the perfect meal. The dedicated ice maker and wine cooler are ready to cool your cocktails and wine. The great room closet is stocked with games and puzzles for all ages. The 55’’ Frame TV over the indoor/outdoor fireplace, and gigabit wifi, ensure you can enjoy your favorite entertainment in 4K.

At Skylake Cottage you will find plenty of outdoor spaces to gather and enjoy with friends or family. The wraparound porch features overhead heaters, rocking Adirondack chairs, an outdoor fireplace, and a fully folding Lacantina doorway connecting the great room to the outside. In the back, there is a hot tub with seating for seven, a gas-powered fire pit table, a BBQ, and a picnic table. The kitchen windows allow for passing food or drinks to the backyard space.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bunkroom with premium Casper mattresses. The main bedroom, with an abundance of natural light, has a queen four-post bed and a writing desk with a private en suite bathroom with a custom-designed shower. If needed, a printer, monitor, and dock are hidden away in the closet. The hallway bedroom also features a writing desk. The bunkroom, with a queen/twin bed, is set up for entertainment with a Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Wii, Switch, and Xbox One with plenty of games.

At The Lookout, within walking distance, you will find two community pools, one is heated year-round and features a large hot tub. There are also community wood-burning fire pits, a pickleball court, a kids' playground, a private marina, and a lakeside.

Skylake Cottage features dedicated parking for two cars with room for more in the overflow area, and a parking-pad 240v electric outlet for charging electric cars with your own cable. Up to two house-trained, non-shedding, adult dogs under 30 pounds are welcome to stay.

Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter, you’ll find relaxation, good times, and great memories at Skylake Cottage.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact the Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

Great bunk room and lots of stuff for kids. Outdoor cushions for deck chairs and plenty of pool towels. Spacious main floor with lots of room for all guests. Very clean, no pet smell even though this was one that allowed pers.

Visited for a girls weekend. It was such a treat to have such a nice rental home. Everything was nice! Comfortable and clean bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Great sitting space with lovely touches! We all left wanting to take the whole house with us :) will certainly be back!

I love this home. I stay every year. It is in a great location, walk to winery, pool. Great beds! Kitchen and living! Love the nano door!

Rental was beautiful! Dishwasher wasn’t working but other then that the rental was awesome. I would definitely bring my family back again.

The water access could be improved. The rocks were extremely slippery in the cove and we had a couple falls and cuts. Other then that we enjoyed the experience.

We are spoiled travelers! Love to eat, drink and be comfort, with lots of room and extras (like hot tubs!). Skylake delivered on absolutely everything -- beautiful furnishings, stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor firepit/hot tub and grill, and comfy beds. We were set. Loved Vin du Lac winery down the street for food and wine tasting. When we were there the construction was a bit of a bummer but we were prep'd for that. The wifi is perfect for WFH and the wireless speaker was great as we forgot ours. Also really liked little touches like great wine glasses and fun books to peruse. All in all a 5-star experience!!

We loved our stay at Skylake Cottage! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed their variety of board games and even watched a movie together as a family while there. We had a nice breakfast at Blueberry Hill Farms one morning, and spent one of our days in Leavenworth, Washington which is a very charming and fun place to visit. We will definitely visit again!

Had a wonderful time staying at Skylake Cottage.

The house was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk room with the television and all kinds of game systems. The kitchen had everything we needed and I really appreciated the Keurig coffee maker could make one cup or a whole pot.
My favorite spot was the outdoor fireplace with heaters. Even on a cold day we could sit outside and enjoy the views.
