- Bauer’s Bunk Room- lower/street level off the game room & next to the third lower-level bathroom. Built-in twin over full bunks with twin trundle can sleep 4 kids. Great storage setup to keep things organized. Up-lake views.

- Smokey’s Bunk Room: Second lower/street level bunk room off the game room & mirrors Bauer’s Bunk Room. Separate bunk rooms are ideal for large family gatherings, or when the home is being shared by multiple families whose kids vary in age and/or gender.

Level 2: Upper level
- Ohio Suite: owner’s suite with 14’ vaulted ceiling, king bed & beautiful en suite with full tub, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks & walk-in closet. Gorgeous up-lake views with doors onto the upper deck. 43” smart TV.
- Illinois Suite: the fourth suite with king bed & en suite bath with large walk-in shower. 43” Smart TV. Located off the upper great room.

Welcome to Smokey-Bauer’s Lakehouse. Located on one of the largest & most private lots & adjacent to one of the Lookout’s beautiful small parks with quick access to both pools & the lakefront. Enjoy incredible up-lake & panoramic mountain views from throughout the interior of the house & expansive wrap-around deck & covered porches. Every detail in this reverse living arranged home has been carefully considered to make it the ideal vacation home for large family gatherings, multiple families, or couples enjoying a vacation together. With four bedrooms, all with king beds & en suite bathrooms, & two separate bunk rooms with an additional 5th bathroom, this home has it all. Enjoy the views from the large private yard with bocce ball court, fire pit, & multiple seating areas. Watch the game or movie while relaxing in the 8-person hot tub. The upper deck has seating for 20 people. The fire table & electric ceiling heaters making it comfortable to enjoy a glass of wine, or morning coffee, on even those coolest Chelan days.

The expansive great room with 14’ foot ceilings, fireplace & 65inch TV provides room & comfort for everyone. The room is appointed with high-end leather furniture & provides all the comforts of home. Enjoy incredible views of the lake through the 12-foot glass wall/doors that open onto the 18’x17’ foot covered porch with cathedral ceilings. The configuration of these spaces together creates room to enjoy large gatherings together anytime of the year. Nothing is more fun, or memorable on vacation, then the time spent sharing meals & game nights with family and friends. The 9 -foot concrete Restoration Hardware dining table seats 12 & coupled with additional seating at the kitchen island allows for everyone to sit together for meals & games. Outdoor dining seating is also available on the upper deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make meal prep easy & offers ample counter space & cabinets to keep things organized. The upgraded GE Profile appliances consist of gas range with convection oven, microwave with additional convection oven feature, side by side refrigerator freezer, dishwasher & under counter beverage fridge.

Game Room: Located on the lower/street level between the two bunk rooms, kids can enjoy foosball, watching movies, or playing Xbox games on the 55” TV. The room accesses the large backyard & lower covered deck with multiple seating locations, outdoor TV, hot tub, fire pit & bocce ball court.
Mudroom: Located off the driveway this room provides an alternative entry point, additional storage, stackable washer-dryer, & storage for towels, linens, & toys.

This was our first vacation at Lake Chelan. The Lookout exceeded our expectations. Smokey Bauers was perfect for our family of 11, three generations. The guest services team was very responsive (eg, replacing a propane tank). The shuttle drivers were always there when we went to the lake. We couldn't have had a better place to enjoy the lake and the accommodations.
Our only complaint was a 4 hour gas blowing crew of 3 around our house. We had 2 people on zoom calls and the noise was constant and loud.
Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We went on vacation with three families, six adults and seven children! This property was great everybody had their own space for sleeping and the upstairs common area was wonderful! We cooked great meals and enjoyed movie nights together. The kids love the hot tub and the video games downstairs. It was a great property, we would stay there again and recommend to friends!

Enjoyed the home and the setting of the Chelan Lookout location. The home was spacious and well stocked for things we needed. Having a notebook and single-page sheet of instructions was extremely helpful. Property management was responsive to any we made in a timely manner.
A couple thoughts: Did not identify fire extinguisher location(s) and long wooden matches would be better than Bic Lighter for outside fire pit.

We stayed here with my whole family for my sons birthday and had a great time. The home is absolutely gorgeous with space for all. Every detail was thought of and the kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and gear (crockpots, griddles, blenders etc). Can’t wait to come back.
