Stillwater is a one-of-a-kind 3,090 sqft home and is the ONLY home at the Lookout featuring unobstructed panoramic views from every level. It is the closest home to the lake in the community. It’s a short walk from the home's lower level to the Lookout waterfront/marina. There is an ample open green space directly below the house, and deer are often spotted feeding in the grass.

The home is styled with a neutral modern vibe that is serene and tranquil and features partially covered and continuous wrap-around decks trimmed with w/outdoor lighting on both levels and overhead heaters, making them comfortable to sit out on year-round. The spacious main living area has three full nano glass doors opening to the wraparound decks. Since decks are on all sides, guests can avoid the sun and enjoy the shade outdoors on hot summer days. On cooler days, guests can follow the sun from morning until the last light.

The main level also includes living, dining, kitchen, and fireplace sitting areas with a private office, desk, and printer/scanner: the dining table seats 6, and the island seats 5. The chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner Wolf gas range and Sub-Zero fridge. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sectional and four swivel chairs to enjoy the view.

On the lowest level, there is a covered patio area adjacent to a beautiful view deck with a spacious 6-person jetted hot tub to take in the views of the lake while relaxing those sore muscles. There is also an outdoor ping pong table located in a covered area. There is a full second kitchen and a second living room with a fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, and a large round coffee table. This space is stocked with board games perfect for the kids while the adults enjoy the upstairs great room or a second family who want a retreat from the action on the main floor.
Kids will love the downstairs bunk room- each bunk with its reading light, a full ensuite bathroom, and cubbies for storage. Also, there is a second primary suite with a queen bed and full bathroom.

The large two-car garage has been transformed into a heated gaming area with a pool table, pop-a-shot, foosball table, dart board, TV, video games, etc. and a sectional for guests to enjoy. The level includes a spacious laundry room with an icemaker for summer cocktails.

All the upstairs bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings. The master suite includes a sitting area, TV, and ceiling fan w/a generously sized bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has built-in twin beds, a TV, and large vintage double sliding barn doors. There is a third bed/reading nook perfect to escape into your favorite book.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please get in touch with Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

We had a great time. This is our 3rd trip back and it did not disappoint. My only call out of concern was the key pad being problematic locking and unlocking.

I have now stayed at 8 properties in the community and have chosen each home to try out to find the one that I want to rent from consistently. Still water is by far my favorite stay yet! The home is decorated like a high end home, not like th kitchy "lake cabin". Grated I like both but it's not right on the lake so I would prefer clean, new, high end, with the best view! BTW this home also has an amazing hot tub not advertised!Highly recommend and I will be booking this home again!

Great layout and 180 degree views of the lake and sunrise/sunset. Location for a Sept stay was fabulous.
Appeared the internet was cancelled prior to our stay and TV's/Sonos didnt work. The Lookout got us some temporary WIFI and one of the TV's working for football evenings. Thank you!

We were excited to spend a week at the Lookout and booked 7 days to enjoy the views and amenities that Lake Chelan has to offer. The price was hefty but we were looking forward to the time in the sun. I am not one who normally writes negative reviews but in this case given the amount we paid I think these gripes are justified.

1) Biggest issue was the party houses that were next to us and behind out house. LOUD with karaoke blasting, music blaring, screaming that started at noon and lasted late into the night.. we are talking 1-2 AM. This happened 4 days of our 7 days and despite numerous complaints from many in the neighborhood it appears the resort did little to nothing to stop it.. We have 2 small kids and have partied ourselves in the past but this was a different level. Just for this reason would likely not go again.

2) The house was beautiful but our master bathroom toilet was not working for 4 days..despite several calls to maintenance. Finally fixed the last day.

3) Splinters on the deck! 4 of us got them (including our 4 year old). We resorted to wearing shoes on the deck.. this is a bit of a nit but again given the price was hoping for more.

This is the one of the premier spots, views are incredible and is the best spot to congregate as a group with the indoor/outdoor flow of the main floor.

During out stay, we were likely the first guests of the new owners (same management) where internet was not working. However the management's service team did A+++ effort to resolve promptly spending multiple hours fixing the issue(s) and even brought over a temporary hotspot for the house while they were working. Cannot stress enough how above and beyond they went.

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan with the extended family and it was wonderful! The views from Stillwater #101 are amazing and we were content sitting on the deck to take it all in. There were a couple of minor things that weren't working properly when we arrived (i.e. one automatic blind was broken, control for the outdoor heating elements was acting up, etc), but nothing catastrophic. The property management company sent people out immediately to look at these issues and we found them to be very responsive. We are looking forward to making this an annual family trip for sure.
