Welcome to The Caravel! This vacation home at the Chelan Lookout offers a comfortable and spacious retreat for you and your family. Let's take a closer look at the features and amenities of this property.

Main Level:
Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a separate shower, and a bathtub.
Living Room: The cozy living room offers ample seating, a smart TV with streaming services, and a gas fireplace.
Dining Room: The dining area comfortably seats 8 people, 10 with kids.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen includes a farmhouse sink and is well-equipped for entertaining.
Laundry Room: A laundry room with a large capacity washer, dryer, and adjacent full bathroom.

Upper Level:
Bedroom 2: The second primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and scenic views of Chelan.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the other upper-level rooms.
Bunk Room: Perfect for the younger crowd, this room offers two sets of custom-built bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, accommodating six people. Features board games and video game consoles.

All bedrooms have walk-in closets with plenty of storage space.

Outdoor Area:
Large Wrap-around Deck: Enjoy your morning coffee, sunsets, or a good book with a glass of wine on the spacious deck.

Outdoor Patio: The patio area includes a gas grill, a hot tub, a fire table, and one off-street parking space.

Special Pricing and Off-Season Activities:
Inquire about special pricing for longer stays and shoulder and winter seasons. The off seasons in Chelan offer a variety of community activities and nearby winter fun, including skiing, tubing, and snowshoeing.

The Lookout community is growing, and construction activity may occur during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals with any questions or concerns.

Girls trip for some relaxation. Great house. Plenty on room, very well stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint is that the stairs from the porch down to the parking spot really need more lighting. Rather dangerous at night.

We had the most amazing after Christmas Vacation. This home perfectly accommodated the adults and kids in our group. We played games every day and night around the dining room table, found fantastic hills for sledding, and even braved the hot tub in the freezing temps. The view from every window in the house was breathtaking, and even tho this home is located in a bustling community, it still felt very private. The house was fully stocked with anything you could imagine you might need, and the house was immaculately clean. We definitely plan to be back for a future visit.

My family came over to stay at Vintage '83 for a fall weekend in Lake Chelan. It was a wonderful place to stay for my whole family along with Grandma & Grandpa (who particularly enjoyed the master on the main floor). The house was great, had everything we needed along was a perfect layout for a few families. I'm so glad we were able to bring our dog, Rosco, along with us as well. Vintage '83 was awesome, I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone coming to Chelan.

6 adults and 4 kids. A perfect house to spend the week at. More then enough room for everyone to spread out, big table that we all were able to sit together at for our meals. Mornings and evenings on the porch were everyone's favorites. Close to the pool and the park for the little ones.We love everything about The Lookout. Already excited to think of our next family vacation.

Our home was all we had hoped for and more! Great location, plenty of room indoor and out! Decorated nicely and equipped with much more than we expected! The pools, lake and park were within walking distance! We loved this home!

Overall, it was an awesome weekend. The house was clean and in great shape. We enjoyed using the hot tub and fire pit at night, especially with the good weather. It was fun seeing the movie night, it’ll be great to take advantage of the pool and pickle ball court the next time
