Our family of 6 adults and 2 children enjoyed Thanksgiving week 2024 at Raven's View #64. I would only recommend adding some serving utensils and using lighter weight plates in the kitchen that are not so heavy. There were many implements, but we never found a potato masher. We absolutely loved the very interesting decorator items, books, etc.

We were a group of 5, 65 year old women, celebrating 3 retirements. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The view and vantage point is spectacular. The house is SUPER well stocked with appliances, cook ware, and dishes. Awesome TV and sound system too. We loved every minute. Will be booking this home again. The Lookout was a good company to work with. It would be nice if a repeat renter, maybe they can waive the $500 deposit???? Just a thought. We had a 5 STAR celebration.

Our family of 16 stayed at Raven's View and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The house worked extremely well for us and the location, overlooking the lake, was amazing. The Lookout is a wonderful family vacation spot and we will surely be back!

The house had everything we needed with a gorgeous view of the lake. Loved the jacuzzi and the house had all amenities we needed. However, the heater unit which is right outside the main floor bedroom is VERY loud and prevented my 86 year old father-in- law from sleeping each night (he can not use stairs to access any other bedrooms). Also, the lights on the front porch never turned on which was a safety hazard at night.

Raven's View was a fun place for our family of 9. The teens loved having the bottom floor to themselves. Having the jaccuzzi cleaned everyday was a really nice touch. The views & sunsets were stunning. We didn't know it was hydros or owners weekend so it was a little more crowded and loud on the lake on the weekend. My only recommendation for the community is get better pickleball paddles. They were outdated wood ones and most were broken. 81° so the pools were fun and we enjoyed barbecuing on the deck & going out to Mexican food.

We stayed in Raven's View with my family over Thanksgiving. Although we were really bummed to not find the game room that was advertised when we booked, we made the best of it. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked, and the hot tub was enjoyed everyday. The view was my favorite part. The community was also very safe and welcoming. We even swam in the outdoor pool! It was great!

This is my 2nd vacation home rental from the Lookout. The positive things about this rental is the location and the view is absolutely fabulous. We really enjoyed the porch and hot tub. However, for a 5 bedroom house rental that accommodates 12 people, we expected more from the kitchen. There should have been at least a 2nd refrigerator, a double oven, another kitchenette and/or an outdoor kitchen area available. This kitchen was very cramped and difficult to prepare and cook meals for our gathering. Unfortunately, the week when we stayed, there was a huge population explosion of fruit flies. The number of fruit flies, moths and bees that congregated on the porch at night made it unusable and disgusting. Because of this, this rental home should have a bug zapper, citronella candles, mosquito netting, etc. available and ready to use for their porch. After all, the outdoor living area on the porch is the primary reason we rented this house and for it to be unusable on several nights due to the unbearable insect population is unacceptable.

The view is amazing, house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with every possible appliance and the beds were very comfortable. The community is amazing! There were activities - campfires and an outdoor concert while we were there. Unfortunately the excessive heat froze up the AC but the maintenance staff brought over some temporary AC units while they worked on fixing the central AC unit. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I loved that they had garbage service every day - definitely a plus when you are doing large family meals etc.
There are only 2 improvements I would recommend: a dresser in the master bedroom would be much more helpful that the bench and other decorative items (it’s hard to live out of a suitcase for a week)
And moving some of the small appliances from the kitchen to the laundry room to make more room for food storage
Overall an excellent experience and would definitely book this house again.

We love the Lookout, and Raven's View was a perfect house for our big group! The view and patio are absolutely amazing. We really liked that all the bedrooms had bathrooms en suite - so helpful for a bigger group with multiple families! The location was perfect too - close to the pool and playground, and close to the shuttles down to the lake.

There was so much to do in this house! There is a ping pong table in the basement, lots of floatys, a game room, and a kitchen/deck that is perfect for social events. Only thing to mention is that it said there was a king bed in one of the rooms and they are all queens. Great place!

We had a great stay at Ravens View. The home had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the three families that stayed there. The sliding patio door gave us extra space and everyone enjoyed the hot tub on the deck.
