Raven's View
Welcome to Raven’s View situated on an unobstructed lake view lot on the bluff at The Lookout in beautiful Lake Chelan, just a mile from downtown Lake Chelan. This 4-story home features 4 Master Suites with full bathrooms in each suite; your friends will LOVE having their own space and bathroom! There are custom built-in bunk beds downstairs in what we call the “Bunkroom” that sleeps 4. Kids love this space. The office can sleep 2 more and sofa pullouts in the media room and living room for 4 more. The vacation home is within walking distance to the 70 Slip Marina, Beach Cove, 2 Pools, 2 Hot Tub, and Hilltop Park which features a children’s play area, large grass park, pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, & community grill!

This home was decorated by the owners and has a unique cozy home feel. On the main floor, you will be greeted by the Red Kitchen, perfect for a happy lake feel! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items to cook and serve you and your guests, all you need is a visit to the grocery store. There is a large island with 3 bar stools and a dining table that seats 8-10. The greatest feature on the main floor is the 6-panel Nanawall that opens up the entire backside of the home to the large oversized deck, which has a sectional lounge area, fire pit, BBQ, hot tub, and large outdoor concrete table that seats 8-10. Opening this Nanawall provides a spectacular entertainment space with amazing views. You will not want to leave this spot! This spot will be sure to leave a memory that will pull you back to that spot again in the future.

Besides the back deck space, there is also a patio space below the deck stairs that can serve as another outdoor hangout space for teens, kids, and/or other adults. Bring your hammock along to tie up in this patio space, posts have been placed and designed with this in mind. There are a few chairs and a second fire pit for relaxing! The front porch can be a nice space to sit and enjoy a book, beer, or glass of wine, especially on those hot summer nights when you are looking for an outdoor space that provides some shade.

The top level of the home features an office with a seating room (hidden queen pullout) that also has an outdoor deck complete with a private 2 seat bistro table and a lounge chair to escape the kids or company.

The bottom floor is the perfect place for kids or the perfect spot to host a party on game day. A wall-mounted Smart TV along with a large sleeper sectional makes this a great movie room. The movie theater popcorn machine is located upstairs. There is also a closet with many board games.

We have decorated, furnished, and stocked the home in a way that we feel comfortable here on vacation and we hope you enjoy your vacation time as well! Additional amenities include; beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, 2 cruiser bikes, a ping pong table, a SONOS Music system throughout the home and in each bedroom as well as complimentary high-speed wireless. Smart TVs make logging in and finding your favorite TV Apps accessible; Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc… We hope these amenities add to the enjoyment of your time at Raven’s View.

Although this home does not accept pets, on occasion, the owner’s pet stays at this home.

The Lookout community is growing and there may be construction activity during your stay. Construction hours vary by season but will fall between 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Please contact Lookout Cottage Rentals at with any questions or concerns.

The house had everything we needed with a gorgeous view of the lake. Loved the jacuzzi and the house had all amenities we needed. However, the heater unit which is right outside the main floor bedroom is VERY loud and prevented my 86 year old father-in- law from sleeping each night (he can not use stairs to access any other bedrooms). Also, the lights on the front porch never turned on which was a safety hazard at night.

Raven's View was a fun place for our family of 9. The teens loved having the bottom floor to themselves. Having the jaccuzzi cleaned everyday was a really nice touch. The views & sunsets were stunning. We didn't know it was hydros or owners weekend so it was a little more crowded and loud on the lake on the weekend. My only recommendation for the community is get better pickleball paddles. They were outdated wood ones and most were broken. 81° so the pools were fun and we enjoyed barbecuing on the deck & going out to Mexican food.

We had the best weekend @ Raven's View in June for my 40th Birthday and kick off to summer with friends & family! The house was perfect for our 4 families! The kids had a blast at the pools and lakefront! We loved the outdoor space, great for BBQing, afternoon happy hour and just enjoying the sunshine! The house was fully stocked, and everyone had the best time! We would highly recommend this home and we will be back for sure!

We stayed in Raven's View with my family over Thanksgiving. Although we were really bummed to not find the game room that was advertised when we booked, we made the best of it. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked, and the hot tub was enjoyed everyday. The view was my favorite part. The community was also very safe and welcoming. We even swam in the outdoor pool! It was great!

There was so much to do in this house! There is a ping pong table in the basement, lots of floatys, a game room, and a kitchen/deck that is perfect for social events. Only thing to mention is that it said there was a king bed in one of the rooms and they are all queens. Great place!

We love the Lookout, and Raven's View was a perfect house for our big group! The view and patio are absolutely amazing. We really liked that all the bedrooms had bathrooms en suite - so helpful for a bigger group with multiple families! The location was perfect too - close to the pool and playground, and close to the shuttles down to the lake.

This house was the best! It had everything we needed! It was clean and comfortable for all guests. The kitchen was set up perfectly for all our cooking needs. Having 5 full bathrooms was a huge plus with all getting ready for a wedding at the same time! When we come back for another vacation we will definitely check to see if Raven’s View is available for another stay! Perfect location and management company was on top of everything. Highly recommend this community.

We had a great stay at Ravens View. The home had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the three families that stayed there. The sliding patio door gave us extra space and everyone enjoyed the hot tub on the deck.
